Lind belonged to the First Regular Army, also known as the First Legion, the First Infantry.
The Rand Kingdom bordered the sea, but its navy's development was mediocre, so most of the time, the infantry legion was directly referred to as the First Legion.
The entire kingdom had three legions, with the First Legion being the Noble Soldiers, with the strongest force.
Nobles entering the army would bring their own private soldiers and pay out of their own pocket to train private soldiers to earn merits and establish legacy for themselves.
In comparison, the Second Legion was much weaker, comprised mostly of ordinary citizens, who were responsible for leading charges into formation and acting as cannon fodder, paving the way for the First Legion.
The Third Legion was the Cavalry Legion, belonging to the Royal Guards.
