A nameless river flowed from the mysterious fog beside the Ghost Claw Tree on the west side.
It gathered in a lake where the laments of banshees seemed to echo, then followed the terrain eastward, passing between Star Dragon Ridge outpost and Prey Town along the river, heading west through the underground caverns to exit the caves east of Red Dragon Mountain Road.
Further northeast, it finally converged in the large lake on the west side of the mountains in Leon Territory.
There, the stream reached its end.
Lind suspected that the river's source might be in the ruins on the east side of the Ancient Battlefield, where the lost undead had spoken of a vast body of water, but according to Lind's limited geographical knowledge, the northwest area of Rand Kingdom was not by the sea.
Rand Kingdom was in the north of the continent, but further north was the Great Frozen Land, inhabited by many tribes and hostile forces, where criminals were sometimes exiled.
