The fireworks festival was held by the bank of Pear River in Mei City, and despite setting off early, the families still encountered traffic on their way there. By the time they arrived at the riverbank park to look for parking spots, it had taken quite an effort to find one.
Luo Xianyu got out of the car with her mother and immediately couldn't help remarking upon the sea of people, "Wow, there are way too many people here!"
"That's what makes a fireworks festival lively!"
Xia Anyang closed the car door and said to the children who were getting out:
"There are a lot of people here, so you kids need to hold onto an adult's hand tightly! Nuo Nuo, come, hold daddy's hand."
"No need, Daddy, I can just hold You You's hand," Xia Nuo skillfully avoided Xia Anyang's hand and moved to Fang You's side.
"You You is still a child; he won't be able to hold on to you strongly enough."
"It's okay, Daddy! Holding hands like this is fine!"
