Previously buoyant, the 'king' Barkley immediately fizzled out upon Gan Guoyang's return to the court—he missed his shots and couldn't find his mark from the field.

Not only was his offense off target, but he couldn't outrebound Guoyang either. Guoyang firmly held his position under the basket, protecting the defensive rebounds extremely well.
