One drizzly morning, Jinwoo found himself walking aimlessly through the city. The light rain felt like a reflection of his mood. He wandered into a small bookshop, one that he and Sooah had visited often. As he browsed the shelves, he heard a familiar voice.
"Jinwoo?"
He turned to see Sooah standing there, looking just as surprised as he felt. They stood in awkward silence for a moment before Jinwoo found his voice.
"Sooah, I… I've missed you. I'm so sorry for everything."
Her eyes softened, and she nodded. "I've missed you too. It's been hard, Jinwoo. Really hard."
They decided to sit and talk at a nearby cafe. It was awkward at first, but slowly, they began to open up about their feelings, their regrets, and their hopes. Jinwoo poured out his heart, telling her how much he regretted not treating her better when he had the chance.
Sooah shared her own struggles, the nights she had cried herself to sleep, the moments she had almost called him but stopped herself. They talked for hours, reliving their past and contemplating their future.
