Although Rocky had defeated Baron Wolin, he hadn't killed him as expected or disabled him by amputating his limbs. Therefore, Orton didn't lay hands on the fourth-generation Void Magic Armor he had hoped for, which immensely infuriated him!
So, since Rocky had finished all his urgent tasks, Orton had been visiting him daily, bothering him incessantly as if Rocky owed him money, demanding the fourth-generation armor for experiments every day!
