"Okay, I got it, no problem," Liu Sang agreed readily to the request. Such matters didn't really matter; if someone was willing to help out for a few days, that was fine.
So Liu Sang simply tore down the job posting sign outside. He wouldn't need it now, and that action had lightened his load a bit—at least he had managed to find someone.
"Can you start right now?" Liu Sang glanced at Wang He, who was dressed quite ordinarily, just like any type you'd see on the street, and had a very common-looking face to match.
Although Liu Sang knew that appearance discrimination was wrong, he was relieved that Wang He wasn't particularly ugly. After all, Wang He would be responsible for serving dishes, and if he were unsightly, it could negatively impact business.
This wasn't just Liu Sang being prejudiced; it was an actual concern. Why else does dining emphasize the importance of presentation and aroma, after all? It was for this very reason.
