At first, Liu Sang thought they were genuinely destitute, but it was Uncle Lin from next door who enlightened him about the trickery involved, and the once naive Liu Sang realized how simplistic he had been.

"Scram, or I'll call the police," Liu Sang said, cursing under his breath and rolling up his sleeves, looking like someone not to be messed with, and that old man scurried off disgracefully.

Chen Yu pondered thoughtfully. He had seen clearly that the beggar had hopped into a Maserati and driven away.
