"Maybe this is what they call 'the eyeball effect.'" Lin Fei withdrew her gaze, turning to look out the car window. A faint sense of peace circulated within her heart.
"How much longer until we reach Qu City Station?" Tan Yuan stretched her hands and fingers indifferently.
"About half an hour, I guess. As long as we arrive within tomorrow, that's fine." Lin Fei replied softly.
"Is this your first time taking part in this event, Lin Fei?" Tan Yuan was somewhat grasping at straws for conversation.
"Could it be that Sister Tan is on her second time?"
"Yes, I am. My first time was over in the United States," Tan Yuan said with a smile.
"That's quite impressive," Lin Fei said, turning her head with a hint of surprise.
"It's nothing much, sometimes I think maybe this kind of life is what I aspire to." Tan Yuan brushed the long hair from her forehead.
