In the back room of a Blacksmith's forge, two figures stare each other down. Both with disdain for one another. Diomede stood with his eyes glowing orange, Diego with his face deformed from his large smile. "What do you want?" Diomede stated in a tone drowned in anger. Diego stepped forward, "I noticed you are traveling away from the capitol and with a new group of friends how sweet." Diomede bared his teeth, his sharp canines exposed to the torchlight. "You wouldn't be in front of me if you didn't have a reason, now spit it out!" Diego's smile died, and his playful demeanor became one of an intense negative aura. "The last has been given to the seal, there will be no more born after this." Diego said. Diomede felt a dark shadow wash over him, every inch of his being was inflamed with shock and awe. "That can't be true, the seal doesn't have a limit to it." Diomede stated. "And who told you that? All things have an end Diomede." Diego said as he walked around the suits of armor. "Who was the last one to be given?" Diomede asked. Diego continued walking among the armor, "It was the Galeianin King's daughter herself." Diomede was struck with shock, "That shouldn't have happened, no Galeian should have been born with the mark let alone the damn princess herself." Diego stopped and turned to Diomede, "Even after all this time you have been alive you still think like a normal person. Anything is possible young Diomede." Diego stated. Diomede's mind raced with questions and worry. "Ok, what is needed of me then, I assume you are here to tell me to go and help some hero reach his goal or some other servant crap." Diego's smile returned, "I only came here to tell you what has happened and to be ready for things to drastically change." Diego began walking to the shadows he emerged from. "OH don't worry too much dear Diomede, it's not the end of the world just yet." Diego let out a large laugh as he submerged himself in the shadows. Diomede fell to the floor, his core shaken by the information. In the back of his mind laughter echoed. His vision was consumed by the dark, and Diomede found himself back in the realm of Omikuna. "What the matter? Afraid of the end of everything?" The deep twisted voice said. Diomede stood up, "Don't start your nonsense now too, I am in no mood." A large figure swirled in the dark of the realm, laughter echoed louder. "Come on, you really thought His return would never happen you aren't that naive are you?" Omikuna said through his sharp and twisted teeth. Diomede stood in silence in the center of the bones and chains that littered the domain. Running through everything in his mind, what would happen next? Who would be the first to fall? Would war break out between the Kingdoms again? "And what exactly are you afraid of its not like you can die." Omikuna stated catching Diomede's attention. He turned to the large eyes that gazed upon him. "There is more to it than that, if the negative energy begins to seep through the seal then his power is going to grow, whether we can die or not it's going to be a constant time of war and chaos!" Omikuna leaned out, and the chains screeched and tightened. "Let chaos reign then we would become the strongest as we always do." Diomede broke his gaze and closed his eyes, "Enjoy your little group while you can, they probably won't live for too much longer." As the dark engulfed Diomede Omikuna's laughter danced in his head until it was broken off by Lily's voice calling out to Diomede. "DIOMEDE!" Lily shouted. Diomede snapped his eyes open and turned to Lily's scow. "What are you doing in here? Clayton said you were changing but you haven't even begun to dress yourself." Diomede turned from Lily and rubbed his eyes allowing himself a few seconds to relax his eyes to a normal state. "Yeah, I am, just got myself stuck in deep thought." Diomede answered as he turned back to Lily. Lily felt her shadow shift and her father's voice echoed in her ears, "Leave him be, that man has something in him and I don't think he is in the right mind." Lily in her mind asked, "What do you mean?" Lil'y father replied, "I can sense someone or something else in him, it's not dead but it's not life either. I can't place it but be safe my daughter." Lily felt her father's presence fade away, and a loud commotion burst from behind her. Lily turned and saw Kira standing at the entrance of the forge now back in her spell form. She was drenched in sweat, her face though green was pale and her eyes screamed with shock. "What happened?!" Kira shouted, "I felt overwhelming fear and distress from Diomede!" Clayton and the Blacksmith bounced their gaze between Lily and Kira. Lily turned to Diomede but he stood directly behind her holding the armor he had chosen. "What's with all the shouting?" Diomede asked, though in the back of his mind worry danced. Kira could tell Diomede was lying, she knew what she had felt just now. But she trusted that Diomede would convey what happened when the time was right. The Blacksmith confused as to what was happening handed back Clayton's broken blade, now sharp and the edges more straight than they were before. "Lad do me a favor and take one of those swords over there as well, I know this is important to ya but you'll need something a bit more to help you on your journey." Clayton was grateful for the Blacksmith's kindness. Clayton pulled a longsword off the wall, one whose cross guard was silver and wrapped in dark brown leather. Diomede pulled out a hefty bag that jiggled and handed it to the Blacksmith. The Blacksmith bounced the bag in his hand, " To be honest Sir Murkwood, I was expecting you to try and tell me some sob story about how you couldn't pay." Diomede laughed, "It's rare I have debt in this world, but I thank you for your service." The Blacksmith tucked the bag into his old apron that held years of hard work. The group exited the shop and met with Franciso who was now in his old man form in the busy street. "Ah, my dear son you look handsome in your new armor." Francisco yelled in an elderly voice while grabbing at Diomede's cheeks. Diomede knocked Francisco's hand away. Francisco let out a small chuckle, "Oh I almost forgot I bought these for you two." Francisco handed Clayton a blue cloak and Lilya a dark burgundy one. "Oh, and you rushed out before you could put this on my dear." He stated as he handed Kira her dark green robe. Kira quickly wrapped herself in the soft robe, the smooth texture was calming to her. "I would have gotten you one but with your thick bear skin I assumed you wouldn't want it anyway." Francisco said as he looked at Diomede. "It's fine, but we need to go and find this Jacob Walters so we can be on our way to Kinga." Diomede stated as he began walking in a direction. "We should probably ask for directions instead of just walking about." Clayton said. "No need." Lily said as she fastened her cloak around her shoulders. Clayton turned to Lily, "Why is that?" Lily pointed out to a caravan of wagons entering the town, on the other side of the wagons stood a large mushroom. Beside it was a wide barn with a sign that read "FungleGrove farmers market". "I would assume the head farmer was there." The group blended into the bustling crowd until their silhouettes could no longer be seen. Uptop a roof stood Diego, he brushed back his brown hair and a devious smile began to widen. "I couldn't have imagined he would cross paths with someone like you." Diego said as he lifted into the air.
