Hai Yang was about to speak when she noticed that Han Jun's weight was becoming heavier. She looked at him and was shocked to see his face turning green. "Don't you want to eat me? I can promise you myself if you remove the poison from his body," her panicked voice rang out.
"There's no need to negotiate; he's on the brink of death anyway. After I finish eating you, I will ensure he accompanies you so that you won't die alone, haha!" The python laughed, and right after, it lunged toward Hai Yang, its mouth opened wide to reveal a total of four long, tiny, sharp, and scary teeth.
Hai Yang's body shivered as she watched the python approach. "Sh*t!" she cursed and immediately summoned her protective shield, shielding herself and Han Jun.
"Useless!" the python remarked, and strangely, instead of attacking with its mouth, it used its gigantic tail and slammed it against the barrier, shattering it immediately with just one strike.
