Chapter 14 - Keep your words to yourself

"Your Majesty!" The blonde-haired man, Bin Zhao, stood up from his seat and approached Li Na's side. He bowed respectfully and said, "Please erase your anger, Your Majesty. Even though the princess has lost her innocence to an unknown man, I am willing to marry her. From the princess's explanation, it seems the man has already run away."

"You..." Li Na gritted her teeth. "What does that mean?" she frowned dangerously.

"Princess, don't be angry. Men with unknown backgrounds are often scammers. Poor you fell into their hands, but no worries—I Bin Zhao is here to take full responsibility for you," he said.

"You..." Li Na gave Bin Zhao a deadly glare. "So you mean this princess can't discern right from wrong, huh?" She squeezed the words out; her two months of practicing calmness and gentleness were completely shattered at that moment. Her old violence had returned, and she was ready to teach someone some good etiquette.

"Enough!" The king's anger filled the room, calling everyone's attention. "Guards!" he shouted, and two guards in deep green uniforms appeared from seemingly nowhere and knelt before the king.

"Your Majesty!" they echoed.

"Find the man with crimson hair and eyes and drag him to this palace!" the king ordered.

"Yes!" The two guards replied and disappeared.

"Royal Father, what is the meaning of this?" Li Na screamed, knowing that it wouldn't be anything good once Han Jun was dragged to the palace.

The king raised his hand, silencing Li Na. She shut her mouth. "Your marriage will be decided once the man is brought back. As for young Master Bin Zhao, you should prepare your family and wait for my response," he declared.

"Thank you, Your Majesty!" Bin Zhao replied happily.

"Father!" Li Na called out, but the king looked away. "Hmph!" she exclaimed before glaring at Bin Zhao and storming out of the palace, abandoning her noble demeanor as a princess. "I must find him before father does". She thought to herself as she walked away.

East Road Of Hermen World, Hermen First City.

Standing in front of a beautiful mansion were four people: Han Jun, Ling Wei, Shu Fang, and Ming Yue.

"Wow, I must say, you are pretty fast, darling, the mansion isn't bad as well" the handsome Han Jun commented, rubbing his chin with a cunning smile on his lips.

Shu Fang huffed and entered the mansion without bothering to reply to Han Jun.

"Huh? Is she still angry?" he murmured to himself.

"She's the Golden Goddess. Though I don't know how things unfold in the immortal world of gods and divine beings, you easily fooled her. Won't that hurt her pride?" Ling Wei remarked, casting a sidelong glance at Han Jun, a playful smile dancing on her lips.

Han Jun sighed and rubbed the back of his neck, recalling their playful exchange. "You'd think a goddess would be more forgiving," he muttered, then a smirk appeared on his face. "Let's see if she will forgive me or not," he said, and with that, he entered the mansion.

"Goodness, Han Jun, what are you up to!" Ling Wei called in alarm, but Han Jun was already out of sight. She gritted her teeth together "He hasn't even done that to me yet, but this would be Shu Fang's second time already," she fumed.

Ming Yue observed Ling Wei's expression and gently called out, "Ling Wei, this has always been Han Jun's nature."

"Keep your words to yourself!" Ling Wei snapped immediately, her eyes narrowing as she turned to face her. "All the way here, he never spoke or spared you a glance. I wonder why you insist on tagging along, even when he clearly shows his disinterest in you." With that, she stormed into the mansion as well.

Ming Yue clenched her fists tightly, trying to control the tears threatening to escape her eyes, before heading inside.

Inside a luxurious room.

Han Jun appeared in front of Shu Fang, who sat sulking like a child on the bed.

"If you are here to apologize, then you don't have to," her low, gentle voice sounded, laced with discontent.

Han Jun smiled and took two steps closer to her. "Apologies" he echoed, slowly lifting her chin with his finger. "You have to accept this." He said this with a charming smile that radiated handsomeness like a sunflower. Even more seductive

"Han Jun, don't try anything funny… I'm still angry," Shu Fang replied, doing her best to resist Han Jun's seductive charm.

Han Jun's smile widened; his hand left Shu Fang's chin, gently tracing the softness of her pink lips with his finger. Not waiting for any negotiation, he leaned down and captured her lips with his own.

Shu Fang, who was expected to reject Han Jun or push him away, surprisingly returned his kisses, her hand slowly making its way to his neck.

Shu Fang's response made Han Jun smile in between the kisses. He pulled away slightly and looked into Shu Fang's eyes. "But you seem to want me," he whispered into her ear, causing her to blush and look away. With a whoosh, Han Jun was already on top of Shu Fang, kissing her delicate neck and slowly awakening her senses.

"Don't... don't tease me," Shu Fang's voice came out hoarse and seductive.

Han Jun didn't reply; instead, his hand found her breast, hidden beneath her golden dress. He slowly caressed and massaged her, his mouth lingering on her sensitive spots.

"Han Jun, I... I am not angry anymore please stop teasing," Shu Fang stammered, gasping for air as her whole body ignited with desire.

"Good to hear," Han Jun replied, and he was about to launch into the real battle when suddenly his inner mind sight gate opened, summoning him. He paused his actions, feeling himself losing consciousness.

"Han Jun..." Shu Fang called out in worry as she sensed something was off. "What happened?" she asked anxiously, putting aside her own burning desires.

"I'm fine; I just need to be unconscious for a while," Han Jun replied. Just as he finished those words, he fainted onto Shu Fang, his head resting on her already heated chest.
