How could I forget Mary? My beautiful Mary...
I stopped my weeping. My heart still ached... I looked up to see Olivia staring down at me with pity. My face was a mess. I was sweating profusely.

Me and Olivia stood in front of a formation. At the corner of the square formation were the ashes of the meat and bones and Body parts of the Runic White Bear. In the middle of it was a small bowl. In it was the pure blood essence of the Runic White Bear. Bubbling and boiling. It was just a mouthful. To be honest. It looked mouthwatering... My body was craving it…

Olivia saw my maddened look. "Although the Runic White Bear isn't at the same level of other mythical creatures. It will help boost your bodily cultivation greatly. You won't face bottlenecks until at least Diamond Body Realm."

"Firstly. This formation is a low grade one. It can only extract bodily blood essence from normal beasts. For Spirit Qi Essence you need a middle-grade formation. That is for dead beasts. If it's alive you need an even higher-grade formation. Because if its alive the blood will be purer. If it's a Magical Beast...that's a whole grade above. ".
" The blood essence here is pure. So, you don't need to worry. Also, the Runic White Bear is a balanced bloodline. So, you only need to ingest and guide the blood through every cell. Let it invigorate and renew every muscle, bone, and tendon. It will be painful. "Olivia warned at the end.

As the blood coursed through my veins, I felt my Mana guiding it as well, it was as if like it knew where the blood needed to go and what it has to do.
The blood of the Runic White Bear had the element of Ice, it started tempering my cells one by one.
My muscles expanded. My bones broke and regrew. Tendons were shredded and made anew. Even my skin looked to be more pristine and livelier.
I broke through to the Copper Body Realm!
