Players started gathering at the Wild town, meaning it was my time to shine.
This time I opened a proper stall on the town streets and I also made sure that I stocked up a lot of potions.
"Hm?"
"WAIT A SECOND! WOOD MASK?!"
"?"
"Wait. You are that orc that shouted before." - said Phantasia.
{{Phantasia first client.}}
"Huh. I wasn't expecting to run into you." – said Phantasia.
"You say that, but I honestly wasn't expecting you to be here." – said the orc player.
"By the way, since when were you here?"
"Well, because of that stupid "Doctor" I ended up dying twice, once when I was helping out in the city and the second where I was hunting." – said Phantasia.
"Not only that, but because of how shitty state the city was, it was hard to conduct business without being harass by the players to sell the potions."
"So yea, I had no choice but to leave."
"But from I heard, the plague stopped around the time I left."
"Yea!" – said the orc player.
"You would have never guessed how easily it was to get rid of the plague! I honestly don't know how it even did so much damage in the first place!"
"I heard from a friend that, so I know the situation."
"Anyway, I'm opening my business again. So, want to buy something?"
By the look of things, people still remember me and that made selling things much easier.
Before more players got to the town, I quickly used the public workshop to mass produce any potions I can.
It should have been enough to earn some money to rent the house, but not for not long term.
I need to rent the house and set up my workshop.
However, I have problem.
My goal is to raise alchemy level ASAP.
I can lock myself and do alchemy, but there is two problems.
The first problem is money.
Now the public workshop is out of the questions since more players are in the town and I need to rent a house to set up my workshop.
The second problem are materials.
I can obviously hunt them, BUT I need to focus on alchemy to level it up ASAP.
So instead, I come up with this.
"?!"
"Hey!" – shouted the dark elf player.
"What the fuck is with those prices?! They are way higher than before!"
"Sorry, but I have my own problems and I needed to increase the price."
"Are you fuking serious?! Isn't this too much?!"
"Meh. Don't worry."
"I have a new deal." – said Phantasia before taking out a sight and putting it on the ground.
"?"
"What is this?" – asked confused dark elf player.
"Well, like I said, I have my own circumstances and I don't have any means of gathering materials right now, so instead I'm offering an… Let's just say a quest?" – said Phantasia.
"If you people bring me the materials on the list here, I will be giving you discount. It won't be 100% one, but I will give you a solid one depending on the materials you bring."
Yeb.
That was my plan.
If people bring me materials, I will give them discounts.
I made sure that the discount are fair and all, but I need to make sure I will have some money, so I would get both money for my personal needs and to pay up the rent for the house.
The tactic worked.
People were accepting my quest and were getting materials for me.
Some people complained, but overall, they accepted my deal since the potions I was selling were quite good.
Not only that, the materials I got from the monsters around here were mostly for the armor and stuff, but there were some stuff that could have been used.
For example, I made potions like regeneration potion…. Well, it was honestly not that good, but it's still better than my healing potion.
I also made an SP potion. People are annoyed with lack of SP potions and after a bit of researching, messing around and experimenting, I found the best way to create an SP potion.
By the way, both of the potions I made were uncommon.
I tried making a rare rarity one, but these materials had a limit as well.
The materials from this place were better for making things like weapons and amor and I even made myself a new armor set and armor.
If I wasn't in rush to level up the alchemy class, I would love to split my time between blacksmithing and the alchemy.
Well, still the potion selling was still selling well.
Some competition did arise, but I was still the best.
The things were however bit chaotic when it came to the costumers.
Now that I have become a temporarily full time alchemist, I was getting harassed by the players.
Again, people wanted to join their guild or have me just work for them.
It was way more annoying than before since now I was working as an alchemist and merchant nonstop.
So pretty much I had to deal with that bullshit.
By the way, I was curious about something and I did a little investigation before I started my alchemy business.
I tried looking around the forest and see if there was anything like in the previous location.
I was trying to find any secrets or anything, but nope. There was nothing. I even headed straight to the higher level areas and still didn't found anything.
I guess the forest itself doesn't have any secrets?
Then what about the NPCs?
I honestly see something like a secret quest if you increase your favorability with them or something…. But I don't have time for that.
So, overall, the situation right now was to make potions, sell potions, make potions, sell potions and repeat.
There was NOTHING!
I mean like literally nothing.
No special event or anything.
No NPCs approaching me and offering me a quest.
No town wide problem.
Nothing!
There were instances of the trouble makers besides the people who wanted to be my "FRIENDS", like the guy who tried to steal stuff, but was captured instantly.
Or when the fight broke out between the players who wanted to buy the potions first, but then they were dealt with by guards.
I did sold some of my potions to the town guards, but that is all.
….
Huh….
I guess I really have nothing to talk about?
It's quiet a change to say a least?
Maybe because I was in nonstop action ever since the first day?
But now?
I'm no in extremely dire situation where I have to take actions nonstop and all the other stuff.
So honestly, that kind of peace is quite new to me.
I'm no complaining if I'm being honest.
I'm selling stuff.
Making stuff.
And researching stuff.
I'm getting money and I'm getting better at alchemy while also increasing my alchemy skill level.
It's all good.
Peaceful and relaxing…. Well kind of not relaxing with those Karens and other bastards showing up at my stall and all, but…. Never mind.
Days went by and the business was booming.
And after some time passed, the skill [Alchemy] reached natural level 7.
I even got 2 new title and one of my already existing titles got upgraded by a lot.
[Researcher Of Potions – Rank 2 has reached tier 8.]
[+ 1 level up for the alchemy related class times one -> [Alchemist] +1]
[+ 1 level up for the alchemy related class times one -> [Alchemist] +1]

[+ 1 level up for the alchemy related class times one -> [Alchemist] +1]
[+ 1 level up for the alchemy related class times one -> [Alchemist] +1]
[You have created countless products using alchemy and each and every single one of them were not the failed products.]
[You have obtained title: Alchemist – Tier 1] – [C]
[+15 Class Points.] – {{Make 500 alchemy products.}}
[You have successfully sold many different goods while working as merchant.]
[You have obtained title: Merchant – Tier 1] – [D]
[+3 class points but only for non-combat related classes.]
Things looks good.
It may seem like a few days passed, but oh boy. Weeks, no. A month passed.
The time inside the game is 3 times faster than in reality. So, 1 day inside the game is 8 hours. 3 days inside the game is 1 day outside.
By the way, the 1 hour in the game is real, meaning it's a REAL hour.
So, yea…
I WAS FUKING DOING AN ALCHEMY FOR 1 MONTH STRAIGH.
Well, the alchemy class and the blacksmith class have only cost 1 for upgrade, so it does make for it to have some sort of catch…...
But now I'm quite worried.
How long it will take for it reach natural level 9? A month? I honestly won't be surprised if more.
And as for level 10? Fuck me.
…
I need to start producing higher level goods if I want the skill to level up faster.
I tried maximizing the effect of the stuff I can get from this area, but this area was really not suited for the alchemists.
I need to move out again.
…
Well, it's not really that problematic.
Remember when I said that my potions will help the people in leveling up? I wasn't wrong.
My actions helped people level up faster, meaning that I will find people in the next location.
So, I can start doing business with the players in the next location from get go.
However, there is a problem.
There are 2 locations I can take.
The first is a capital city – Eruka.
The second is a city hunting – Draman.
The capital city is perfect for business…. But it will be way harder to conduct my NASTY research in there. However, many of the players I helped out probably already left this place and headed there, meaning I will have 100% chance of opening business in that city and even earn way more money.
The second place is a dangerous city with a lot of monsters. A hunting ground.
The Draman city looks like the best option…. But the problem is that the Eruka, I can earn a fortune in there if I go full out merchant, I even learned few tricks and other stuff while working at my stall.
The Draman is still a better choice on paper…. But when I asked merchants and guards, I got to know, they said that its way more dangerous place than this place, meaning that the average level of monsters there is much higher.
Things…. Just can't be easy, huh?
The normal course of action would be the like this.
[City: Min -> Town: Wild -> Capital city: Eruka -> Danger city: Draman]
That how things should go.
If I go to the Eruka, I will get money and I saw how important money is in this world.
HOWEVER!
I need materials!
I know that the Draman is much higher level difficulty than my current level. I may have a lot of titles, but I wasn't able to
I may have my numerous evil titles, but will that be enough?
[Money or materials]
….
Fuck it.
I'm going with Draman.
Reason?
My goal isn't to get rich, but instead focus on making potions and other stuff using alchemy so the skill level can raise and be able to max out the [Alchemist] class and in turn, max out the research and start the second research I was aiming for.
I know that going to the area that is above my level is way too dangerous, but I need to try.
If worst comes to worst, I will be forced to move to the capital city.
But if it works, the plan will work perfectly and I will level up a lot. Not only I would archive my current goal, but I would also be able to get ahead of the others again.
So, my next stop is the danger city Draman.
