After arriving to the Wolf city, I began looking estate business building.
It took some time, but I managed to find a perfect location.
It was medium sized building that had enough space to be both used as a smith and the shop.
I can also dig and expand the building, adding floors underground where I can experiment and store my nasty stuff.
It does need bit remodeling and stuff, BUT SCREW IT ALL! I'm filthy rich! So, I can do whatever I want to!
Buying the entire building, remodeling it and changing it up, it did costed a lot of money and time, but hey, it was worth it.
I did struggle a bit with buying the property from the owner, but it was worth it.
My new "House" and base of operation had been made.
