As Seraphine settled back into her seat, the large doors of the hall swung open once more. Three men entered and at the center of them was a tall, imposing figure with combed back silver hair, and sharp black eyes.
Conrad recognized him as a member of the Assembly of Justice. This was Arkan Myles Caine, the Justice of Assassination. His position stood above the six heads of the Major Organizations and so when he came in, all of that murmuring had gone silent.
Justice Arkan strode to the head of the round table, his cloak was embroidered with the emblem of the Sovereign State. Trailing behind him, his two attendants dressed in stark uniforms flanked beside him when he sat down.
When Justice Arkan gave a curt nod, the formal greetings began and then the meeting transitioned smoothly into discussions.
