It is the governing authority that keeps the country in order, though most of its activities are far from public knowledge.
To the public, it is simply a bureaucratic institution that manages laws and policies, not much different from any other governing body.
It effectively holds a monopoly over a large number of big businesses in the State, operating through a highly structured system. However, these mostly refer to those who are part of the assassination world.
At its top sat the Assembly of Justice, a small group of individuals who make all of the critical decisions. Each Justice oversees a specific area such as technology, economy, health, or even assassination. They hold the third highest authority in the Sovereign State, third only to the members of the State Order and the royal family.
Under the State Court are various subsidiary organizations like the Sardes Hotel ranging from Minor to Major.
