Chapter 13 - Lomobert Brandon

Trash got up from the young master and continued walking. He wondered why the young master would fall asleep but thought that maybe he just pretended to fall asleep because he didn't know how to properly react to his great gift. Social behavior was still new to Trash, but he tried to learn it as best as he could. For now, he thought he had some understanding of how to behave in front of others.

"Master Trash, let's hurry; our flight is already boarding," Lilly said, slightly panicked. Due to Trash's inability to get ready fast and his constand trying to get out of the car to start walking, they arrived later than expected.

And sure enough, as they arrived in the boarding area, the plane was already gone. Trash was quite facinated by the huge machine flying in the air. "Look at this," he said, pointing at their plane disparting from the ground. "How can this big machine fly?"

"Oh, just please don't speak, master Trash," Lilly said with an angry expression. "We were supposed to be on that plane, but since you took so long, we need to book a new flight."

They went to the nearest flight booking station, and Lilly looked for another flight. The next flight to China was in one hour, but sadly there were no Business++ VIP seats remaining. "There is only economy left. Isn't economy where all the dirty people sit?" Lilly asked out loud in frustration.

"That is true, miss," suddenly a voice came from behind. "But don't be afraid, I just so happen to purchase the 5 remaining Business++ VIP tickets and can gift you 2 for you and your brother," the voice said.

Lilly and Trash turned around and saw the same young master they saw as they arrived at the airport. Lilly, who was quite knowledgeable about young masters, wanted to disagree, but Trash suddenly spoke. "Oh, if it is you, we would gladly join you. I have a quite favorable expression of you. By the way, why did you fall asleep back then?" he asked.

"I don't know it all happened so fast. I think something fell on me and I lost consciousness. My personal assistant woke me up after finding me half an hour later. Due to me being unconscous, I missed my flight, so I bought the remaining tickets for me, my assistant, and my bodyguards," he said before turning to Lilly. "Miss, it would be my absolute pleasure to let you accompany me during the flight and maybe even beyond."

"No, I think we will stick to economy," Lilly said, annoyed. This young master had ulterior motives, that was for sure.

"Miss, these economy savages are dangerous and unruly. As I was unconscious, someone even threw trash on me. An old, dirty crumpled piece of garbage. With your beauty, I'm afraid the economy savages would do something to you," he said.

"Oh, no problem," Trash suddenly said. Finally this guy acknowledged my best trash, he thought.

"What?" the young master asked, confused and slightly annoyed. This annoying brother keeps interfering in my talk with my future bride.

"Of course we will go with you.I really like your character," Trash said.

"Then it is decided." The young master said before Lilly could decline. He handed two of the tickets towards Trash and Lilly. "My name is Lomobert Brandon, the first and only son of the Brandon family. Miss, what is your name?"

"I'm Lilly Selldom, and this is... Let's not talk about his name for now. He is my friend. Thank you for your gift," she said, slightly embarrassed to be the maid of someone like Trash.

"Selldom? We are really compatible. Our families are of equal standing, and so are we. I would like to get to know you better during our flight."

"Sorry, but I need to avoid talking since I need to preserve my voice. Sadly, we won't be able to talk," Lilly countered to dodge pesky conversations.

After a few more flirting attempts by Lomobert, they could finally check in. "Please show your papers, esteemed guests," the flight attendant said.

Lilly and Lomobert took out their papers and passed by without any problems. "Papers, please," the attendant said to Trash.

"What papers?" Trash asked. "Well, of course your passport," the attendant said, slightly annoyed.

"What's that?"

"Young master, please just show it to me; you know what a passport is," the annoyed attendant said. These rich people always think they are better than us.

"Here take this," Trash threw a page of his favorite story at the attendant.

"And now you throw trash at me, young master; this is your last chance before I need to call the police."

Trash didn't understand and just said. "I want to fly; let me trough."

"Sir, I know normally people would obey you since you have money, but you won't go anywhere without a passport."

Lilly and Lomobert, who heard the conversation, stopped and looked back at Trash. He doesn't have a passport? Lilly thought and looked worriedly at Trash. If they couldn't fly, how would they get to China?

Lomobert, who saw the worried look in Lilly's eyes, understood that now was his chance to win her over. He walked back to the attendant and said in a commanding voice. "My name is Lomobert Brandon, and I demand that you let him through," he said while secretly taking out money to give to the attendant as a bribe.

The attendant looked at the money like she needed it but remembered all the self-titled rich people she met before. "I won't let him through. I already called the police, and they will investigate him as well as you since you tried to bribe me."

Lomobert was confused for a moment. Bribing poor people always worked; what was going on? He took a look back at the worried-looking Lilly, and as he realized his plan might have backfired, he exploded in rage. He took out a gun and yelled. "Let him through if you want to live. My last name is Brandon, and I'm not afraid of authorities."
