In the Southern Sea, the Kingdom of Sherbat.
A massive ship, adorned with a giant red dragon, sailed toward the Royal City Island looming on the horizon.
On the ship's expansive deck, sacks of grain were piled up, surrounded by soldiers dressed in green military uniforms, armed with long rifles, and watching the sea warily.
At the ship's bow, a tall man stood, cloaked in a long black cape that fluttered in the sea breeze blowing from the ocean.
Suddenly, a sharp sound like a balloon popping echoed in the air.
In the next moment, a gigantic figure, the size of a mountain, suddenly appeared on the ship, startling everyone on deck who instinctively raised their weapons toward the newcomer.
But when they recognized the person, smiles appeared on their faces, and they lowered their rifles.
The man who had suddenly appeared was nearly seven meters tall, with a massive, sturdy build, dressed in black and white clothing.
He wore a hat with bear ears and held a sacred book in his right hand.
The other man said, "Bear, I haven't seen you in a long time."
Doragon lifted his head, revealing a face full of wrinkles and a rare, sincere smile.
The Bear responded with a slight smile, "Indeed, it's been a while, Dorag."
Despite his enormous size, his voice was gentle and calm.
Doragon continued with a smile, pointing to the sacks of grain piled on the deck: "I heard the Kingdom of Sulbeh is suffering from a locust invasion, so I specifically went to the North Blue and traded with Elia to get some grain. It might help you get through this ordeal."
The Bear expressed his gratitude seriously, then pulled out some papers from his pocket and handed them to Doragon.
Doragon asked as he took the papers, "What's this?"
The Bear replied, "These are secret intelligence reports about a coup in the Kingdom of Prens, obtained from the World Government."
Doragon was surprised and said, "A coup in the Kingdom of Prens? Has Elia finally made his move?"
As Doragon was about to read the papers, a revolutionary soldier in the ship's lookout tower suddenly shouted:
"Commander Doragon, Sir Bear, we've spotted a pirate fleet approaching the Royal City of Sulbeh! There are five pirate ships on the way!"
Doragon turned his head and looked in the direction of the soldier, saying, "Pirates?"
Indeed, five ominous ships had appeared on the horizon.
A severe anger appeared on Doragon's face, and he then looked at the Bear, saying, "Aren't you supposed to be a Warlord of the Sea now? How dare pirates attack your kingdom?"
The Bear calmly replied, "It's natural, Dorag. The Warlords have a significant impact in the first half of the Grand Line. There, most pirates have a clear understanding of strength and fear the strong."
He continued, "The New World is a paradise for the powerful; even the Warlords aren't a big deal there. As for these rookie pirates who haven't left the Four Seas yet, they don't fully understand their strength. Most of them are like these, acting arrogantly."
The Bear cast a light glance at the distant ships and sighed, "Otherwise, why would I be called the Tyrant? I don't even know how many pirates have tried to attack the Kingdom of Sherbat and ended up dead. They're like the locusts that are ravaging the kingdom now—once I eliminate one group, another quickly appears."
The Bear then removed his black glove, revealing his hand marked with a fleshy insignia.
Dorag said, "Don't be hasty, let me take a look."
His cloak began to flutter in the wind, and the winds started to blow rapidly around him. A strong gust of wind covered the surrounding sea, and Doragon used his Haki power to see everything happening in the area.
On the lead ship of the pirate fleet stood Mongson, the new arrogant captain who was smiling happily, relishing the praises from his men, and thinking about the new feeling he couldn't get as a merchant.
Mongson was originally a trader in the Kingdom of Jedira.
After successfully selling a shipment of grain and making his first big fortune, his maritime business quickly expanded.
Within a few years, his wealth multiplied from hundreds of thousands to millions of Berries.
He was content with his business successes until he met a notorious human trafficker in the South Sea, Kristen, who introduced him to the most profitable trade: the slave trade.
After meeting Kristen, Mongson began kidnapping and selling people, making huge profits in a short time.
In just three months, Mongson was able to earn more than he had in five or six years. The human trade was risk-free, yielding profits tens of times higher than what he made from traditional maritime businesses, and it didn't take long or require dealing with those annoying nobles.
This ease of making money made Mongson indulge in this pleasure, and he no longer wanted to work under Kristen. He began to wonder why he should give Kristen the lion's share of the profits when he was the one suffering in capturing the slaves. So, Mongson decided to start capturing civilians himself and selling them to make more money.
However, high-profit businesses like arms trading, human trafficking, selling illegal drugs, and even organ trade require a strong military force to protect them. Without sufficient power, even a ruthless slave trader like Mongson could face the more brutal pirate gangs at sea.
A month ago, during a slave smuggling trip, Mongson encountered a group of young pirates who easily wiped out the guards he had hired at great expense. Mongson lost most of the wealth he had painstakingly accumulated over half a year due to this terrifying encounter.
This experience finally made Mongson realize that merely being a trader was not enough to make large profits from these illegal activities. So, he decided to build his own force and form his own pirate crew, gathering more powerful pirates. With this power, he would be able to kidnap people without restrictions and without fear of encountering brutal pirates like that red-haired boy. He could kidnap enough people at once to make even more money.
In the near future, Mongson would become a slave trader like Christine, and he would even try to surpass her. He also planned to take revenge on the boy Kid once he had enough money and climbed the ranks of the world's nobility.
Mongson smiled as he listened to the praise of his men, secretly planning to achieve these goals. He knew that working in the high-end market was the fastest way to make money, so he decided to carry out a major kidnapping operation in the remote Kingdom of Sorbi and then sell the slaves in the major markets of the Grand Line to make huge profits. Afterward, he would head to the Sabaody Archipelago to build a larger fleet and enter the high-end market, where he would try to capture slaves of rare races.
As Mongson thought about his promising future, his thoughts were interrupted by one of the pirates alerting him: "Captain Mongson, I heard that the former king of the Kingdom of Sherbat was the warlord known as 'Tyrant' Bartholomew Kuma, who is also a powerful pirate. Do you think we might attract his attention if we attack his people?"
Mongson paused; he had indeed heard that name, but he didn't believe the stories of this person defeating thousands of men with ease. In his opinion, the strongest person he had encountered was Kid, and although Kid had defeated his crew, it took him a long time to do so. The idea that one person could defeat thousands of pirates was ridiculous to him, probably just false rumors.
So, Mongson scolded the pirates who raised these concerns and said, "What tyrant!? Even if he is cruel, he only oppresses his people. I'll take over his kingdom and help these oppressed people by selling them to better buyers. Their situation might even improve, and they might thank us for it!"
Then Mongson loudly ordered, "Increase the speed! Today's goal is to fill all five ships!" He was full of enthusiasm as he imagined himself as a trusted merchant of the world's nobility, his smile widening.
Suddenly!
The waves on the sea began to rise, and out of nowhere, a fierce wind surged.
The strong winds blew directly against the fleet, and the violent gusts pushed the sails backward.
The ships, which had been advancing at full speed, began to slow down gradually. In the end, they not only stopped moving forward but even started to retreat due to the sudden maritime wind.
"Damn it! How did this wind come out of nowhere? Take down the sails! There might be a storm coming!"
The experienced sailors on board began shouting loudly.
The sea is filled with violent winds and high waves.
Although the wind came suddenly, Mongson's fleet did not panic.
They began to lower the sails in an orderly manner, preparing to face the approaching storm.
But gradually, the pirates on the five ships began to feel fear.
A look of disbelief appeared on Mongson's face as he rushed to the edge of the ship, looking down at the sea that was gradually moving away, as if he had seen a ghost.
"What is happening?"
"Captain Mongson! Our ship is being lifted by the wind! Hurry, think of a solution!"
He heard the terrified screams of the pirates from afar.
On the vast sea, the invisible wind swept across the surface, lifting millions of tons of seawater, along with five pirate ships, into a massive waterspout that soared into the sky, creating enormous whirlpools.
Hundreds of meters up in the sky, the clouds were shattered and began to form rotating eyes due to the swirling wind.
On the large ship, Doragon raised his right hand with force.
In the distance, the five ships caught in the tornado suddenly lost their thrust and plunged rapidly towards the sea.
The pirates on board couldn't open their eyes due to the fierce winds, leaving them with nothing but endless fear and despair.
Boom!
Massive waves exploded on the sea's surface, and the five ships shattered in an instant, turning into scattered wooden debris.
Mongson fell into the water, miraculously surviving the disaster.
But before he could recover from his fear, the water beneath him was swept by the fierce winds, forming a massive whirlpool hundreds of meters wide, like the giant mouth of an abyss devouring everything!
"No! No! My dreams!"
His desperate scream was instantly drowned in the dark depths of the sea.
After a long time, the fierce winds gradually subsided, and the waters slowly returned to normal. Only a few scattered pieces of wood remained as evidence that five pirate ships had passed through.
On the ship, "Bear" silently watched the scene.
Doragon lowered his hand, remained silent for a moment, then picked up the paper he was holding once again.
"The new generation of the Navy turned the tide, stopped the atrocities of Prince Ilia, saved the Kingdom of Prince, and saved the North Blue."
"Only with good intentions and conscience, with unwavering courage and faith, can we change this broken and miserable world".

Author's Notes
This novel tells the story of a young man named Rorschach, who lived a miserable life in his previous existence, then was reborn into the world of One Piece. In this new life, he became a Marine soldier and embarked on a journey to the top of the seas, gathering like-minded individuals to change the world together.
Rorschach was born in the Kingdom of Lubnilo in the North Blue, the hometown of Mont Blanc Norland, known as the "Liar King."
He grew up on a remote island called Red Leaf Village.
Rorschach possesses a mutated body with bones as strong as steel. Thanks to his innate ability to "return life," his absorption of food is monstrous.
Originally, his immense talent was considered a lucky start. But being born into a simple fisherman's family in Red Leaf Village, this talent turned into a curse known as "insatiable hunger," where 99% of the food he consumes is converted into energy to nourish his bones, leaving the rest of his body malnourished and perpetually thin.
Not only was his body weak, but he also had to constantly fight the overwhelming desire to eat. If he lost control, he could end up like Charlotte Linlin, devouring those around him and losing his humanity.
Despite this, his ordinary parents, Old John and Mrs. Elizabeth, did not abandon him as Linlin's parents did, which gave Rorschach a sense of belonging in this world.
As someone who has crossed between worlds, one often feels a strong sense of detachment and views the new world as if it were a game. What does it matter if people die, or if the world is chaotic or orderly?
For this reason, the author set up a scenario filled with suffering at the start to make the protagonist empathize with this world and strive to change it himself, rather than just going with the flow.
It was planned for Akainu to appear as Rorschach's guide, leading him to join the Marines. Of course, if it had been Dragon who appeared, Rorschach might have joined the revolutionaries.
Due to his past education in his former world, which was based on socialist principles, Rorschach could not fully follow Akainu's "absolute justice." But his personal suffering determines his stance towards pirates, where he won't be as lenient as Aokiji or Kizaru.
He can be seen as a more decisive version of Aokiji before he became lazy. As stated in the text:
"Those who commit unforgivable crimes will not be spared."
For example, someone like Caesar, who cannot be forgiven, won't even be sent to Impel Down.
Unlike in the manga, where his crimes were downplayed with comedic elements, and he eventually became an ally.
Then there's the question many people are curious about: how will Rorschach deal with Luffy and Ace in the future?
As I said before, as long as they haven't committed major crimes, he won't kill them randomly. Nor will he deliberately recruit them.
Everyone has their own path to walk, and Rorschach's presence will undoubtedly bring some changes to this world.
The future is uncertain.
Some people may leave the stage early, and some may not reach certain positions.
Interestingly, I asked the AI how to change the One Piece world if you became a Marine Admiral, and here are the suggestions I received:
If you were in the One Piece world and became a Marine Admiral and wanted to change the world, here are some tips:
1. Form alliances: Work with other just forces and nations to fight against pirates and other evil forces. Through cooperation, you can consolidate efforts to form a stronger force to protect the peace of the world.
2. Push for reforms: As an Admiral, you can drive reforms within the Marines to improve efficiency and transparency. Ensure a fair judicial system, combat corruption, and build a better management system.
3. Protect the innocent: Your responsibility as an Admiral is to protect innocent people from pirates and other evil forces. Work to eliminate the threat of pirates, ensure the safety of the seas, and create a stable and secure environment for the people.
4. Nurture the new generation: Focus on training the next generation of Marine officers and soldiers, with an emphasis on moral education and skills training. Establish a fair promotion system to encourage the growth of talent, ensuring that the strength and quality of the Marines continue to improve.
5. Collaborate with the revolutionaries: Even as an Admiral, cooperating with the revolutionaries could be the key to changing the world. Understand their goals and motivations, seek common interests, and work to resolve differences through dialogue and understanding to ultimately achieve peace and justice.
As you can see, even the AI knows that pirates must be fought to change the world...
Interesting.
In fact, most fanfics about One Piece follow a similar path, leading to the same conclusion.
Back to the main point.
The reason I chose a conventional start and added the fantasy element of a mythical beast is twofold:
First, the writer's own lack of writing skills and knowledge; if I tried to write too fancily, I might give up halfway.
Second, my love for One Piece and my fondness for the Zoan type, the physical strength, the strong punches, and smashing everything.
Since I didn't want to add my personal biases or mock certain characters in the story, I wrote this kind of modest and balanced fanfic.
There are many flaws in this story, some stemming from the plot, some from the writing style, and some from a lack of knowledge.
Nevertheless, the story has received careful reading from many friends, and we have received good suggestions from them, which led to improvements in the story.
I'll stop here.
In conclusion, thank you to everyone who read, voted, and cast their monthly votes.
