**Kaiba Entertainment Group, President's Office.**
Seto Kaiba, continuously flipping through his deck, wore an increasingly anxious expression.
"Damn it, there's no way I can beat Yugi like this." Kaiba's hands trembled as he rifled through his deck.
"How... how can I understand the heart of the cards?"
Outside the door, Kaiba's younger brother, Mokuba, looked at his brother with a worried face. The usually composed Kaiba, who seemed to have the world in his grasp, was nowhere to be seen in Mokuba's eyes.
"No, it's no good!" In a fit of rage, Kaiba threw his deck aside. The rare and valuable cards, which were precious to others, scattered on the floor like trash.
"What's wrong, brother?" Unable to bear seeing Kaiba so frantic, Mokuba finally spoke up.
"Damn it, no matter how much I think, I can't beat Yugi as I am now." Kaiba's face was filled with frustration.
"That's not true, brother. Didn't you always say that cards are power?" Mokuba comforted his increasingly haggard brother. "No one can match the power of your cards, brother."
"The cards of power have been defeated by Yugi's cards of heart." Kaiba said through gritted teeth. "Without understanding the heart of the cards, I can't win against him."
"Brother..."
Kaiba slowly stood up and took a card from the inner pocket of his coat. "I'm entrusting this card to you, Mokuba. It's the key to the vault that holds important data for Kaiba Corporation."
"Brother? Why are you giving me something so important?" Mokuba clearly didn't understand Kaiba's intention.
"I'm going on a journey for a while. While I'm away, Kaiba Corporation is in your hands, Mokuba." Kaiba grabbed his suitcase full of cards and quickly exited the office.
"Why can Yugi achieve such feats?" Kaiba kept questioning himself as he left the company. "I don't believe my skills are inferior to Yugi's. The only difference is what we carry on our shoulders."
"His grandfather entrusted the cards to him, and he fights to protect the heart of the cards." Kaiba's eyes gradually filled with determination. "Through this journey, I will also understand the heart of the cards. And then, Yugi, I will defeat you."

**Kaiba Entertainment Group, Board of Directors.**
In a pitch-black room, every major shareholder of Kaiba Corporation was gathered, except for President Seto Kaiba.
Sitting in Kaiba's place was none other than the father of Duel Monsters, Pegasus J. Crawford.
"I'll get straight to the point. I want you to transfer your shares of Kaiba Corporation to me," Pegasus said sternly, sitting on a sofa. "To reorganize Kaiba Entertainment Group, this is the only way."
Due to Pegasus' schemes, the news of Seto Kaiba's loss to Yugi Mutou quickly spread worldwide. Kaiba Corporation lost all investor trust, and its operations were in dire straits. Pegasus seized on this opportunity.
"I understand your point, but there is one condition."
"Kaiba Corporation's loss of trust is all due to that boy named Yugi."
"To restore the company's credibility, we must defeat that boy."
"Mr. Pegasus, if you can meet this condition, we will announce at the board meeting that Seto Kaiba will be removed."
"We will agree to hand over everything of Kaiba Corporation to you."
Pegasus smiled confidently from the sofa, "Defeating that Yugi-boy will be very easy."
"There is one more thing: the key to the vault containing important information is hidden by Seto Kaiba's younger brother, Mokuba."
"Oh, no problem, that's also within my grasp." Pegasus' smile turned sinister. "I've already invited Mokuba-boy to my Duelist Kingdom castle as a guest. I'm sure with our hospitality, he will hand over the key."
"Hahahaha." The room was filled with everyone's delighted laughter.
**---------- Meanwhile**
"Whoa!" Hoshino shouted excitedly.
"What happened, Hoshino?" Hoshino's sudden outburst startled Yugi and his friends.
Realizing she had lost control of her excitement, Hoshino awkwardly scratched her head. "Sorry, I just thought I saw a person in the bushes and got scared."
Although Hoshino made up an excuse, she wasn't lying; she had indeed felt someone's gaze while passing by the bushes.
"No way, Hoshino, you must be mistaken. How could anyone be hiding in a bushes in broad daylight?" Jounouchi, thinking Hoshino was startled, volunteered to check the bushes.
Suddenly, the bushes rustled, and a small figure leaped out.
"Since you've found me, there's no choice." Although the person had their face covered with a cloth, their voice sounded like a teenager. "Yugi, I want to duel you. I want to avenge my brother."
"Avenge your brother?" Yugi was puzzled. "Who are you, and who is your brother?"
"Don't play dumb, Yugi Mutou." The boy tore off the cloth covering his face. "I am Mokuba Kaiba, Seto Kaiba's brother!"
"Seto Kaiba's brother?" Everyone was shocked. "I think we've heard that Kaiba Corporation's president, Seto Kaiba, has a younger brother."
"So you came to duel Yugi to avenge your brother?" Hoshino scolded sternly. "Do you think you can achieve what your brother couldn't?"
"Besides, Yugi didn't use any underhanded means to win; it was a fair duel."
"But, but..." Mokuba's voice turned tearful, and he looked like he was about to cry. "Ever since my brother lost to Yugi, he's been acting strange. He's no longer the confident brother he used to be."
"And because of his loss and Pegasus' schemes, Kaiba Corporation is on the brink of bankruptcy. If that happens, all of my brother built will lost." As he spoke, tears rolled down Mokuba's cheeks. "And my brother left on a journey to find the heart of the cards, but we've lost contact with him. I don't even know if he's alive."
Listening to Mokuba's story, Hoshino felt a bit of sympathy and regretted her words earlier.
"So, Yugi, I must defeat you! I must single-handedly revive Kaiba Entertainment Group!" Wiping his tears, Mokuba pointed angrily at Yugi.
"Found him, here he is!" Just as Mokuba finished speaking, black-clad men ran over from a distance. "Sneaking out of the castle like that, what a headache."
The burly men grabbed Mokuba, intending to take him back to Pegasus' castle.
"Let him go! What are you doing?" Realizing that something wrong on the situation, Yugi shouted to stop the black-clad men.
"Mind your own business," the man sneered at Yugi.
"Honda!" Jounouchi called to Honda, standing beside him. "Got it, Jounouchi."
The two rushed at the man, skillfully knocking him down and rescuing Mokuba.
"Impressive, you guys really are the legendary fighting duo," Hoshino clapped her hands.
Though the men were well-trained, they were caught off guard. However, their counterattack was swift and agile.
The three began to brawl.
"Stop!" The Millennium Puzzle suddenly shone brightly, and the Pharaoh's (Yami Yugi's) roar stunned the three combatants.
"Fighting won't solve anything," the Pharaoh pointed at the man. "I challenge you to a duel!"
Hoshino, confused, asked, "How is that going to solve anything???"( because it's Yu-Gi-Oh)
