My name is Seishi Shinseina and I got transmigrated to the game I used to play. It was a classic RPG game called Chronicle of Kingdoms. This is your same old hero-saving world kind of story but something different about the game is that despite killing the demon lord, it shows game over at the end.

Company developers put several endings for this game but it still ended in same way in each route. At start players thought that there might be some glitches or the company just designed the game in such a way that players would face defeat even after completing all Main Quest, Side Quest and Character Story Quest.

However, when players negative comments started circulating online, company released an official statement that game can be cleared and happy ending is possible. So players again tried to clear the game, completed every quest, acquired all important items, levelled up all party members to max but still the result was same "Game Over".

Therefore, slowly game lost it's popularity and players just switched to other better options. During the game's peak era, players formed online groups to enjoy together but it also decreased with time. 

Now You must be wondering why I am sure that I am inside the game. Well the reason is simple because I could see the screen in front of me which showed my status window and Quest given to me.

Looking at my states, I noticed that they were very low compared to main cast and some weird text was written as well exactly below the states.

Also, the quest given to me was very weird because the mentioned princess never made it to the start of the story and similar to the person I possessed, she was introduced for brief in story.

Therefore, it felt weird that system gave me such task. It was never mentioned how she died, just that she suddenly passed away and royal family disclosed this news after long time.

"really but why all my states are very bad Except the intelligence and luck. Also, quest is quite unique as she is not important to main story" 

"whatever, I can figure this out on my own as I remember most of the stuff"

"the only problem is how the hell can I achieve the happy ending as no player could reach it"

I wanted to smash my head against the wall and die at the spot as it was impossible to clear this game. I am not flaunting but I have cleared every route and still did not get that perfect ending.

"Hhhhhh Fuhhh"

letting out few deep breathes, I managed to calm down and started thinking again. 

Now focusing again I wondered why I was inside one of main heroin's twin brother's body.

Main heroin Eirlys Arcanum is genius magician seen once in century who helps hero's party by providing both magic support and resources.

She is daughter of strongest duke in kingdom and received immense love by her family. However, she met the same demise as other heroes at the end.

I was older than her but only few seconds and according to the story, her brother was supposed to die when he was 10 years old. However, it was not mentioned in details how he died as well because just like first princess, he was merely added in back story of Eirlys Arcanum. 

Therefore, I was confused why among all main and side characters, why did I end up in his body. it would have been better if I was inside side character or extra but instead I was in body of person who was only mentioned in one line of whole story.

"Phew, well I can rest assured that I am not tied to main story and do not need to concern myself with headache that comes along with all the main events"

Suddenly, I heard door opening to the room I was in and saw maid standing at the doorway. She looked shocked like she saw some ghost.

"hell...."

before I could say anything, she ran off.

I tried to get up but it seems my current body is very weak. So, I decided to lay back on bed again and rest. I am sure maid ran away as she remembered something important and rushed to take care of that stuff.

"Thud-thud-thud"

However, soon I heard footsteps of people and looked towards the door only to find couple and girl standing at the door halting in their steps. Man looked shocked and woman was on verge of tears.

They slowly walked into the room and came near me.

"Ahem"

I cleared my throat to speak but before I could utter any word, woman and girl both hugged me and started crying.

I realized soon that crying woman, girl and man standing with soft smile was Neil Arcanum's family.

"Neil"

"Sob, sob"

"I am really glad you woke up"

Neil's mother and sister both were crying.

I returned the hug and patted both of them on their back to reassure that I was alright.

Suddenly, I felt big hand on my head and found Neil's father caressing my head with gentle eyes.

Feeling the mood of the room I decided to stay silent and just enjoy the love that I was receiving in place of original owner.

You may find it cliché scenario but I was orphaned in my last life.

Therefore, this was first for me to feel the family love.

After some time passed, everyone calmed down and separated.

"How are you feeling Neil"

My father asked me the about the health and seemed somewhat worried.

It seems the previous owner of the body neglected his health very much and made everyone worried.

"I am alright dad just feeling very hungry"

"Got it we will eat together today"

"Snap"

"Sam tell cooks to arrange the best nutritious food and bring it here"

"Also bring best vitality portion from treasury"

"Yes Master everything will be done soon"

My father gave instruction to the butler who suddenly appeared out of thin air after just snapping his fingers once.

I tried to move and get up but in the process I almost fell due to the weakness that I was feeling since start.

"Careful baby"

My mother and sister came to support me immediately.

"Thanks mom and Eirlys"

"Let's go I am really hungry"

Finally we headed to the dining hall.
