"It's just the pre-qualifiers, why are you already here tho?" Ardiel asked, after all, there's still 13 days before the Opening Ceremony.
'He can't be here just to visit, right?' Ardiel mused, though knowing his eldest brother, it wouldn't be completely out of character.
"I was invited as a guest for the Godfrey Combat League pre-qualifiers," Yuran replied with a hint of pride. "I'm one of the referees. Have you registered?"
"Of course," Ardiel grinned, his chest puffing with pride. "Couldn't miss it. I'm an Auror through and through."
"Good. Make sure it's an overwhelming victory," Yuran encouraged, his voice slipping into nostalgia. "I remember when I held all the records in every speed competition... what, five years ago?"
Ardiel smirked. "Probably broke them already."
"Broke what? I had a 28-second record in the 400-meter sprint back in my second year," Yuran bragged.
