"Not this way, take that path."
Su Shu was wondering what the dark shadow ahead was when suddenly a voice came from her lower abdomen, startling her.
She looked down and realized the Little Snake King had woken up, and she was overjoyed.
"You're awake?"
"Mhm, I'm awake. Is it almost dawn?"
"Almost, there's a glimmer of light on the horizon already. How about you, do you feel uncomfortable anywhere?"
"I'm fine. You should go that way, this path is blocked." Little Snake King poked its head out of the opening, looked around for a moment, slithered up Su Shu's arm, and eventually climbed onto her neck and shoulders to settle down, finding it much more comfortable than being inside the waist bag.
Su Shu already felt the chill of the night, and now it was acting like the boss climbing onto her neck. If it weren't for the danger in the mountains, she definitely wouldn't pamper it so much.
Following Little Snake King's direction, Su Shu chose another path.
