The kid had a mysterious air about him, which made Qu Guo'an want to go up and kick him in the butt out of frustration.
"You rascal, last time I asked you to deliver something to the people in the Second District and you dared to slip away. Don't want to mix anymore?"
Guozi, clutching his butt, leaned in, "Political Commissar! Political Commissar! There's a situation!"
Qu Guo'an squinted at him: "You just love to stir up trouble, always finding piles of situations. What's so unusual this time?"
"No, no, Political Commissar, it's real this time, there really is a situation! It's about our group captain."
