"Are you crazy?" the man was listening to the commotion outside when unexpectedly, the cold glint of a blade flashed in front of his eyes. He shuddered and quickly reacted, stepping back, turning to the side and raising his arm to directly block the knife.
A faint sting and blood instantly soaked through his black clothes.
However, he didn't care about those things at all. Instead of drawing his arm back, he gripped her wrist tightly and pressed down lightly.
Mu Yin let out a pained cry, her fingers inexplicably losing strength, and the knife fell straight down, caught steadily by him. The bloodied blade was positioned in front of her face, and the corner of his mouth lifted into a cruel arc, "Indeed, a woman's heart is the most poisonous, huh?"
"If you've got the guts, just kill me..." She hadn't expected this bastard to be so skillful; she was no match for him. Mu Yin, thinking he wouldn't let her go, closed her eyes in despair.
Today was indeed an embodiment of utter bad luck; she hadn't managed to steal the files, and it seemed she had even lost her life.
But to her surprise, he didn't kill her; instead, he used the tip of the knife to lift her mask, a coolness by her ear, and she could feel the man's breath more clearly as it entered her nostrils...
Mu Yin, startled, became infuriated with embarrassment, and her voice raised uncontrollably as she blurted out, "You bastard..."
"Damn it..." However, before she could finish yelling, he cursed under his breath and, in a rush of desperation, a pair of indifferent thin lips sealed hers, completely covering her slightly parted lips.
Mu Yin's eyes widened as she saw the handsome face close at hand. In the darkness, his features seemed unusually striking, with a high nose bridge that touched her dainty nose.
That moist and burning sensation was very distinct, bringing with it a heart-fluttering numbness...
"Mmm..." Mu Yin's mind went blank as she instinctively struggled.
"Who's over there?" Just then, the retreating footsteps sounded again, and a flashlight swept over the ground.
Mu Yin shivered with fright and dared not move again.
Holding her breath, she was unaware that her lips, moist and parted, were quietly traced by someone without her realizing it.
Not until the footsteps moved away once more...
Only then did Mu Yin belatedly realize that the detestable tongue had at some point slid inside, seeking and teasing her clove, anger flaring in her heart. She lifted her hand and slapped the man's intoxicated face, "Asshole..."
"..." Taken by surprise, the man's handsome face was slapped to one side.
How savage!
"Woman, tell me your name, and I'll take responsibility..." As she tried to leave, the man suddenly grabbed her hand, with an air of entitlement as if he were bestowing a favor.
"Go to hell." Mu Yin was furious, turning back to slap him again with her hand.
Take responsibility? Ridiculous. If it weren't for the fact that she couldn't defeat him, she would have killed him right then.
This time, however, he agilely blocked her.
The next second, he took out a lighter, and with a "Flick," a yellow flame ignited.
Mu Yin, startled, reached out desperately, extinguishing the fire and snatching away the lighter.
The surroundings fell into darkness once again, deeper than before.
Thankfully, he hadn't recognized her face; otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable...
"Can't you let a man see you? Looking at you like this, you seem pretty, and your skin is tender..." He wasn't teasing her; he was just stating the obvious.
His first time experiencing a woman, although it happened unexpectedly, felt quite nice. It stirred a ripple within him inadvertently, leaving him itching for more.
He wanted to do it again...
