Shen Yunmei hung up the phone and then said to the other three, "Keep a good eye on them! Wait until tomorrow!" Her eyes glinted with laughter as she looked at Suxin, then turned to Chen Ziqian, her smile even more pronounced, "Tomorrow is sure to be exciting! Hahaha!"
Shen Yunmei left, and the other three went out as well. The hut was now plunged into complete darkness, not a single light in sight, the whole place was pitch black.
"Chen Ziqian, are you there?" Suxin asked tentatively.
"Which eye of yours saw her release me?" Chen Ziqian said irritably.
"Can you... move a little closer please? I'm a bit scared!" Suxin felt her whole body shivering, surrounded by darkness, she couldn't see anything, and it felt eerily cold. Her cheeks still burned painfully from those two slaps which were incredibly harsh.
Chen Ziqian slowly moved over and sat next to Suxin, "Women are always so timid!"
"Aren't you scared? We're kidnapped, and the chances of being disposed of are quite high!"
