Bo Yan paced back and forth outside, worrying that if he was not careful, Yuran might go back on her word.
He counted every minute and second, and with a quarter of an hour short of three hours, he rushed upstairs like a walking corpse, standing guard at the door of Yuran's room.
His heart beat uncontrollably, somewhat anxiously.
As soon as the three hours were up, Yuran opened the door and saw Bo Yan leaning to one side, his expression frantic.
Yuran closed the door and stood in front of him.
"Have you been standing here for three hours?"
Bo Yan shook his head, "How could I stand it? I wandered around below for two hours and forty-five minutes, then came up fifteen minutes ago to wait. I thought to myself, my baby is kind-hearted, she wouldn't do something to sever someone's lifeline."
His words implied, "You're the thing that sustains my life, you can't be so heartless, can you!"
