Jincheng University's dining hall architecture was quite unique.
The first level was no different from the self-service dining found at other universities; the second and third levels were pricier compared to the first level and operated similarly to external restaurants and even had private rooms.
The central part of the second and third floors was open, allowing a direct view down to the dining area of the students on the first floor.
The roof was laid with transparent materials that were both rainproof and sunproof, so the light was very abundant. Thus, despite the dining hall's large area, the entire building interior seemed very bright.
