Outside Changan City, there are two rivers, one clear and one muddy: the clear one is Jing River, while the muddy one is Wei River.
Deep in Jing River lies a resplendent Crystal Palace, shimmering within the dark and profound riverbed. It is the residence of Jing River Dragon King and also the center of power for the entire aquatic tribes of Jing River.
Today, the Crystal Palace seems unusually bustling. Those dragon sons and dragon daughters who are not usually seen are all standing at the entrance of the Crystal Palace, led by Jing River Dragon King and the Dragon Queen, as if waiting for someone.
"What's with this Mr. Lu, acting so important that so many of us have to wait for him for such a long time," a young dragon son complained discontentedly.
