Sun Wukong turned his head and stared at Great Emperor Ziwei.
Great Emperor Ziwei was somewhat disappointed; he didn't see any trace of shock on Sun Wukong's face.
"Why aren't you the least bit surprised?"
Great Emperor Ziwei couldn't help but blurt out.
As if it were the most natural thing in the world, Sun Wukong said, "Why should I be surprised? I've seen him."
With a look of disdain on his face, Sun Wukong said weakly, "How did you become one of the Four Heavenly Kings? It seems you're the only one who doesn't know this news."
Great Emperor Ziwei was stunned; he had thought that only he had guessed that the Jade Emperor wasn't dead.
It was merely a guess, and he wasn't quite certain.
But Sun Wukong said that he had seen the Jade Emperor, which meant he'd long known the Jade Emperor was not dead.
Great Emperor Ziwei had eagerly waited to see Sun Wukong's shocked expression, only to have Sun Wukong witness his own dumbfounded one.
"Why didn't you tell me?"
