Jade Emperor?
Apart from Sun Wukong, a question mark appeared over everyone else's head.
They had followed Sun Wukong and naturally knew that the Great Heavenly Venerate had not died.
But, why did the Jade Emperor do this?
Suppress Sun Wukong and let the Tathagata Buddha collect the Power of Faith.
This did not benefit the Heavenly Court at all and might even threaten it.
"What exactly does the Jade Emperor want to do? He is the ruler of the Three Realms, his feigned death has thrown the entire Three Realms into chaos, and now he's secretly helping the Tathagata. Has he gone mad?"
