The dazed soldiers of the Demon Race snapped to attention, roaring as they rushed onto the Boundary Bridge. Some charged through the barrier to intercept the Demonic Beasts that were re-approaching, while others worked as fast as they could to replace the Demon Crystals and fix the barrier. They managed to mend the breach before the Demonic Beasts could charge onto the Boundary Bridge again.
"Phew!"
The Domain-Defending Demon General at the Demon Spirit Rank breathed a sigh of relief and wiped the cold sweat from his forehead. He was about to say something when a heaven-shaking dragon roar suddenly erupted from the depths of the Beast Tide on the Demon Beast Continent, followed by a succession of beastly roars. One gigantic figure after another appeared in the rear of the beast army.
"Demon Marshal Level, Demon Spirit Rank Demonic Beasts! And even high-ranking beasts of the Demon Lord level!"
