The rolling Mount Liang, with its complex and varied terrain, rises high in the northwest and descends in the southeast. Mountains, valleys, plains, basins, and hills intertwine.
Here lies Muli County's Qia Langduoji Peak, the highest point at 5958 meters, as well as the lowest point at 305 meters located at Leibo County's Dayandong Jinsha River Valley Bottom, with a relative height difference of 5653 meters.
Fault zones crisscross everywhere, abundant with block mountains, rift basins, and fracture valleys, making the region rich in mountains, cliffs, walls, and impact plains.
Linzu Plain, situated within Mount Liang, is a little-known plain cloaked among several large mountains, barely connected to the outside world by any direct routes.
