A week later, Haruno Sakura, Naruto Uzumaki, and Uchiha Sasuke, under Kakashi's leadership, arrived at the eastern coast of the Land of Fire.
Sunlight, beaches, and seagulls, along with the azure sea, eased everyone's spirits considerably.
"This is the sea!" Naruto exclaimed excitedly as he jumped up. "It's fantastic, but why aren't there any people?"
Kakashi responded with a speechless expression, "Naruto, please don't tell me you thought people come here to vacation every day?"

Although ninjas generally don't harm civilians, the Ninja world has many rogue ninjas and samurais who live by "robbing the rich to help the poor." Common tourists, if not protected by a ninja, wouldn't even dare to travel far.
