Seeing the Buddhas fall silent, Tathagata sneered inwardly, sure enough, none could be relied upon. Why not let Guanyin or Samantabhadra go instead?
But just as the thought arose, it was dismissed by Tathagata.
After all, these few were continuously busy with the affairs of Buddhism; it was clear this was no good matter. How could he send them?
However, currently, there were only a few in Buddhism that could be given orders, and the obedient Arhats below were not qualified to attend.

Buddhism was so vast, yet Tathagata felt as if there was no one he could use.
