The Immortals who had received only a quarter of a Flat Peach had now fully digested its effects and opened their eyes.
Looking at the interwoven bladders across the site, they felt increasingly uneasy. Why did they feel so superfluous?

An Immortal couldn't bear it any longer and tiptoed up to Maitreya Buddha, who was eating, and asked with a smile, "Buddha Ancestor, I'm dying of hunger, could you spare me a little?"
Maitreya Buddha stopped his hand and his attitude was firm, even the smile that was always on his face disappeared.
"This is the opportunity I traded for with a Flat Peach, clearly priced, impossible!"
