Those who had been injured, with over four Chinese Hours of recovery and the assistance of Sun Wukong's Wonderful Bodhi Tree, were now able to walk despite some being too severely injured to heal quickly. However, since Sha Wujing needed to sleep for seven days, a simple stretcher was made and carried by two uninjured individuals. Seeing Sha Wujing's huge body on the stretcher, Sun Wukong couldn't help but find the scene amusing.
Yet, on reflection, Sun Wukong felt partly to blame for Sha Wujing's current condition.
