It wasn't until the sun set behind the mountains and the moon rose high that the Six-Eared Macaque slowly awakened. Struggling to turn his head to look around, the Six-Eared Macaque realized he was lying in a huge sand pit, and by then, Jixin's figure was nowhere to be seen. He didn't know whether the Myriad Spirits Realm's powerhouse had been annihilated by him, or had escaped during his period of unconsciousness. He sighed, just about to recall the events before he fainted, when all of a sudden, he froze. His expression slowly changed from surprise to shock, and finally to utter disbelief as his jaw almost hit the ground.
