Although he had said he was going to the library just to get rid of the annoying girl, Zeng Xiaoxiao, to avoid being dragged into another crazy stunt, after watching her leave, he still decided to head to the library.

Many of the texts the old man had coerced him into memorizing with a mix of threats and bribes had begun to fade from his memory.
