As a voice dropped, Su Ye looked towards the entrance of the rooftop. The tall figure that appeared eased the fear in the depths of her heart in an instant.
But the next second, because of that voice, the man controlling the rope suddenly released his grip, and Su Ye's body plummeted down rapidly, like a waterweed adrift.
Her screams in mid-air tore through the sky. Su Ye wondered if she was really going to die like this?
Her vision blurred, the wind whistling by her ears, her body uncontrollably falling, the ground becoming clearer and clearer, but her mind more and more confused.
Fear took over; when her body suddenly froze mid-fall, everything went black before her eyes, and she fainted.
Su Ye had a long dream, where everything was bathed in white light. She looked through the white light and saw her mother waving at her from a distance, smiling at her.
She walked through the white light towards her and asked, "Mom, I see you. Is this heaven?"
