The four friends advanced along the forest trail, surrounded by dense vegetation and the sounds of unknown creatures. Each was immersed in their own thoughts, but the tension in the air was palpable.
Gustavo (irritated, punching the air): "These monsters don't even know who they're messing with. I'm gonna take them all down!"
Bia (playful but alert): "Gustavo, you better be careful."
Zeki (calm): "Don't worry. I'll handle any monsters that appear. It's better if you save your energy."
Isadora (calm and direct): "As much as I hate to admit it, Zeki's right. Let's keep moving, but stay alert."
As they advanced, Zeki sensed a strange presence and stopped abruptly. He used his psychic powers to probe the area, detecting three monsters hidden in the vegetation.
Zeki (focused): "Three monsters ahead of us. They're approaching fast."
The monsters emerged from the forest, revealing themselves as large beastly creatures with sharp claws and glowing eyes. Zeki quickly crushed them.
Gustavo (yelling): "You know what, I'm gonna fight too."
With a powerful punch, Gustavo hit the monster, sending it flying into a tree and knocking it out. Bia extended her hands, releasing bolts of electricity that struck the remaining two monsters, temporarily paralyzing them.
Bia (playful but focused): "Sorry, Zeki, but I want to let loose a bit too."
Isadora took advantage of the monsters' paralysis, enhancing her physical strength and speed. She ran towards one of the monsters, delivering quick and precise blows, taking it down in seconds.
Isadora (arrogant but satisfied): "Everyone wants to fight. This was too easy. We need a bigger challenge."
As they walked through the forest, Zeki noticed something strange in the vegetation ahead. His psychic powers detected a presence moving with precision and care, characteristics of an experienced enemy.
Zeki (calm and direct): "Stop. There's something ahead. I'll create a psychic force field."
Gustavo (irritated, frowning): "Are you kidding me, Zeki? I can handle myself. You always think you know everything."
Isadora (tough but attentive): "Gustavo, shut up and trust Zeki. He knows what he's doing."
Bia (playful but cautious): "Let's see how this goes. But if it goes wrong, we can mock Zeki later."
Zeki was looking around.
Gustavo (irritated): "See, Zeki? There's nothing there."
Before Zeki could respond, Isadora noticed movement in the trees.
Isadora (alert): "Get ready. We have company."
Suddenly, several elves emerged from the vegetation, all with bows aimed at the group. An archer with a severe appearance stepped forward, his eyes full of distrust.
Elf Archer (cold): "Humans. What are you doing in our forest?"
Zeki (calm): "We come in peace. We need to speak with your leader about a collaboration that could benefit both of us."
The archer didn't seem convinced. He gestured to his archers, who drew their bows even tighter.
Elf Leader (suspicious): "Peace? Humans never bring peace. You always want something in return."
Gustavo (whispering, irritated): "Great, Zeki. Now we're surrounded. Genius."
Isadora (reprimanding Gustavo): "Shut up, Gustavo. Let Zeki speak."
Bia (trying to ease the tension): "Relax, man. We'll solve this without fighting. We don't want trouble."
Zeki (remaining calm): "We understand your distrust. But our guild needs minerals that you possess. We can negotiate something beneficial for everyone. We don't want conflict."
The archer narrowed his eyes, still suspicious but seemed to be considering Zeki's words. He stepped forward, analyzing the group.
Elf Archer (cautious): "You have the courage to come here. But courage isn't always enough. We need guarantees."
Gustavo (muttering, irritated): "Great. Now it's time for boring diplomacy."
Isadora (tough): "Gustavo, you're not helping. Let's try to get out of this without fighting."
Bia (smiling but serious): "Come on, guys. If Zeki says we can do it, we can do it."
Zeki (calm, looking directly at the leader): "We can offer resources and information that will help your tribe. Let us prove our intentions are honest."
The elf listened to Zeki for a moment longer, then signaled his archers to lower their bows.
Elf Archer (still suspicious): "Do you really think I'll believe you humans after we were attacked by hunters who also said they came from a guild?"
Zeki (surprised): "Wait, you're saying you were attacked? Can you tell me what they looked like?"
Elf Archer (angry): "Don't pretend you don't know them, human. But I appreciate your arrogance in coming here with just the four of you. So I propose a challenge."
The archer, still distrustful, looked directly at Zeki.
Gustavo (irritated): "Zeki, step back. I'm the leader."
Zeki (calm): "I have no problem with that. I accept the challenge."
Gustavo (irritated): "What, bro? Are you not listening to me?"
The elves around chuckled softly, clearly underestimating Zeki. The other three friends stepped back to give space for the fight.
Isadora (serious): "These elves are strong, Zeki. Don't underestimate them."
Bia (trying to ease the tension): "Relax, Isadora. Zeki's got this. Let's cheer for him."
Gustavo (laughing): "When you get in trouble, I'll only help when you say I'm the leader."
The elf archer, with a confident smile, approached and explained the rules.
Elf Archer (arrogant): "Simple rules. We'll use our powers, but no killing allowed. The fight ends when one of us is incapacitated. Understood?"
Zeki (calm): "Understood."
They positioned themselves, and the elf leader gave the signal to start.
Elf Archer (arrogant): "You're going to regret coming here, human."
The elf archer quickly created powerful homing arrows, shooting them towards Zeki. The arrows were fast and precise, but Zeki remained calm. Using his psychic power, he created a psychic barrier, blocking the arrows before they could hit him.
The elves around watched in surprise as Zeki deflected the arrows with ease. The elf archer, seeing his arrows weren't working, changed tactics. He shot an arrow to the ground, and powerful roots emerged, trying to trap Zeki.
Zeki (calm and focused): "Good thing I researched the main powers of elves."
Using his telekinesis, Zeki lifted the roots off the ground and threw them back at the elf archer, who had to dodge quickly. The archer, now visibly irritated, shot a series of homing arrows in a complex pattern, but Zeki reacted by creating multiple psychic spheres that intercepted the arrows in mid-air.
Gustavo (admiring but not showing): "Look at that, Zeki's handling it."
Isadora (watching closely): "This elf is good, but I don't think a simple archer will beat Zeki."
Bia (excited): "Go, Zeki! Finish him off!"
The elf archer attempted one last desperate attack, creating a larger and more powerful arrow. He launched it with all his strength, but Zeki, remaining calm, used his psychic power to deflect the arrow and launch it back. The arrow struck the ground beside the archer, who was forced to admit defeat.
Elf Archer (panting but impressed): "You... are strong, human. I didn't expect that."
Zeki (calm): "Now we can negotiate with the village leader."
The archer stepped forward and raised his hand to indicate the fight was over.
Zeki's friends approached, with Gustavo still laughing, Bia grinning from ear to ear, and Isadora keeping her serious expression but looking satisfied.
Gustavo (joking): "I would've finished much faster."
Isadora (proud but trying not to show it): "Yeah, right!"
Bia (cheerful): "I knew you could do it!"
Zeki (calm but with a slight smile): "Thanks. Let's see what we can get from this negotiation."
