After discussing their time, they were back in the village, surveying the new place as Zephyr was with them, worried about Daisy's condition.
"Is she going to be alright?" He asked when Elvirita and others were treating her.
"Yeah, you did great by cutting the wound and gushing out the poisoned blood," Elvirita nodded with a faint smile.
Zephyr smiled back, relieved to know that he did something good and managed to save her.
Although he was not sure if he did it right or not, fortunately it was good.
After seeing her briefly, he came out and saw Khaleed lost in his thoughts, hands going through his beard, humming to himself.
Forming his lips in a thin line, he sat beside him, glancing at him from time to time, wondering where this path would lead them now.
"She is going to be alright," Khaleed said after a prolonged silence.
And he asked what was bothering him the most.
"Does she know how to defeat Zirkos?"
