Xiao Fan felt embarrassed. Indeed, Long Xiaoxiao depended on him even for bathing, which was inconvenient. Having a maid would be more practical. Thinking of this, Xiao Fan no longer refused and chose an ordinary-looking maid from the group.
Seeing Xiao Fan pick the plainest girl, Long Xiao lost interest and began selecting new concubines for himself.

"Master, my dear master," Huo Linger appeared out of nowhere, straddling him and writhing seductively.
Xiao Fan could almost smell her fragrance. Despite these bone-chilling temptations, Xiao Fan remained unmoved.
"Break!" he shouted, dispelling the illusions. Before him, Ya Rou looked shocked.
"Who are you really?" Xiao Fan asked sternly.
"Giggle... interesting, so very interesting!" Ya Rou, like discovering an amusing toy, looked at him with joy.
Xiao Fan regarded her seriously, re-evaluating the 'ordinary' maid he had chosen. Clearly, she was no simple maid.
Outside the Hao Tian Mirror, the Northern Ming Empress Leng Ruoxue and the Heavenly Fire Empress Huo Linger were furious, seeing Xiao Fan ensnared by the enchantress's illusions. How dare she portray them so disgracefully! Even the calmest, Taiyin Empress Wen Yaxian, felt anger.
A woman never wants her beloved to see her in an undignified manner, even if it's fake. Yet, seeing Xiao Fan unaffected left them somewhat disappointed.
