I took a steadying breath, smoothing down my hair snd glancing at my reflection one last time before heading downstairs. As soon as I reached the bottom step, I was greeted by the sound of voices—familiar, comforting voices that gave me strength. Adonis, Yaskier, Lucia, and Sandro were waiting for me in the living room, their presence more reassuring than they could ever know.
