Chapter 12 - Chapter 11 -Viva La Vida

Adonis Vivaldi.

"Listen to me"

I leisurely glanced at my Graff Diamonds Hallucination while taking a sip of italian refined coffee.

The taste was magnificent and i chose to savour it for a few minutes before responding.

"My ears aren't missing, are they"

"You have to help me" Mark pleaded, The urgency in his voice running deep. I was beyond fucking tired of having this conversation.

"Quite the contrary Mr. Sullivan. I'm not obligated to doing anything for you". I refuted, taking another deliberate and extended swig of the warm liquid. "As a matter of fact, I believe I have done everything possible to help you".

"I just need time" He spat. " It's not like you even need the money anyway.

"Every dollar that I have invested in you was a waste of time" I declared, slamming the cup back unto the desk. It had suddenly lost its taste."I'd expect a full liquidation of properties owned and reparations for my time and finances squandered on floating hopes".

"What do you have against me" He gritted out. There it was. The first sign of incompetence. When incompetent and lazy people failed, they blamed it on others , convinced themselves that the world had a personal vendetta against them. Instead of blaming it on others, he should be ashamed of himself.

"Don't flatter yourself " I replied conversationally, ignoring the frustrated huff he let out in reply."It's business. Nothing personal".

"Adonis-- "

"My Secretary would reach out to you soon, Do have a nice day, Mr. Sullivan". I hung up before he could make another plea.

I discarded the landline back unto the desk. Millions of dollars wasted on the semblance of rubbish.

As foolhardy and reckless Sullivan was, he wouldn't have the balls to think of facing me in court because that is where he would be going if he didn't fufill my terms.

The door slammed open with dramatic force and i didn't even need to look to know who had the startling audacity to waltz into my office like it was a fucking play ground.

The red headed mass of leggy limbs jingled into my office, waving his arms and sporting his usual Cheshire smile.

"What do you want" I breathed out in annoyance.

His lips pressed together in a straight line as he made his way towards the recliner at the end of my office.

"You've got to practice your facial expressions" He mumbled as he dropped unto the seat, his gold tie bouncing in the air before landing back on his chest.

I glanced back at the files on my desk, The contract Joseph drafted up for Yavannah staring back at me. She would have to come up here to sign it herself or should I save her the stress and take it to her home for her.

No, as much as I wanted to do everything for her, Yavannah wasn't the kind of girl who would like to sit down and watch me do everything for her. She would always want to help or chip in. Besides I wanted her to have the full experience of being hired.

Silence prevailed in the room as I closed my eyes, letting my chosen images play through my mind.

She didn't realize that the main reason I gave her my blazer wasn't because I felt she was cold. But because her shirt was practically see through and i could see the outline of her nipples as they pushed against the fabric.

I had imagined pushing her against the porch and running my hands across her milky skin, lifting her shirt to encase the hardened peaks in my mouth as she moaned under me.

My desire for Yavannah was insatiable and the more I suppressed it, the more it grew. Just at the mere thought of her, I was having a boner in my desk chair.

"Hi, Mr Vivaldi". I heard Yavannah's sweet voice call out in my head.

Wow Adonis , You've gone to the extent of hallucinating.

"Adonis"

My eyes flashed open, immediately latching across the small expanse of her face as she bent over my desk, her cold and slender palms grazing my cheek softly.

She was here.

She gazed at me with worry etched all over her face, urging me to confirm that I was all right.

I couldn't speak as I stared into her eyes, her caress on my face much to distracting. It sent tendrils of electricity down my spine.

"Are you okay" She asked again attempting to pull away when I still didn't reply.

I grabbed her wrist before she could move. "I'm fine Salvatrice".

Her hand remained in mine as I drew circles with my thumb all over the smooth and milky looking skin. She never took her eyes off me, even when I brought it to my lips, kissing it softly.

She shivered, eyes wide at my kiss and I knew that I wasn't the only one feeling this attraction.

"Hi" She whispered with reddened cheeks, pulling her hand out of mine. A ghost of a smile adorned my lips when she scurried away from me and towards her brother , who had fallen asleep on the recliner.

As she turned away from me, I took the time to rake my eyes all over her body.

She wore a simple yet elegant black dress that highlighted her magnificent curves. Her red hair shined under the sunlight that trooped into the office through the glass windows behind me.

She was quite tall for a woman and that only seemed to excite me for I began to have fantasies of her long and endless legs wrapped around my waist as I.....

"Would you like coffee " She asked innocently, unaware of the lucid thoughts that I had of her. I gave the cups of coffee she held in a coffee holder a side glance before nodding. I didn't like regular coffee but she didn't need to know that.

Sandro emerged just as she set the cup of coffee on my desk. A hint of amusement washed over his features immediately Yavannah came into his view.

He set the heap of files he brought along with him on the table, startling Yavannah.

"Sandro " She gushed out with a sweet smile on her face. "Here, have some coffee".

He grabbed the coffee from her before thanking her. She waved it off saying she still needed to pay him for washing the dishes the other day.

He nodded solemnly before dragging his attention back to me. "These are the finalised documents you need to sign to commence tha launch of Viva La Vida.

I nodded, grabbing the pile forward.

"When do we start the contract signing process" she asked.

"Now".
