A loud explosion echoed as scales shattered, and the Black Snake let out a piercing, sorrowful wail. A deep gash appeared on its body, blood pouring out in torrents.
How terrifying!
It was filled with dread, completely disregarding the injuries it had sustained. With a furious roar, it gathered the power of darkness, forming a massive black orb of dark energy. The orb surged toward John with a howling force.
It aimed to destroy the World-in-Hand and escape from this place.
"Hmph, do you think you can destroy my World-in-Hand?" John sneered, his expression full of disdain.
This creature's attack was nowhere near strong enough to cause the same level of damage to World-in-Hand as John's strike with the Immortals' giant sword. The aftermath of that attack alone had caused more harm than this dark orb ever could.
"Fool! Explode!" The Black Snake, confident in its own power, roared with fury. It unleashed the full force of the Dark Orb.
