Chapter 12
Five days later
-Underworld, Lucifuge mansion.
In one of the guest room in the Lucifuge mansion Arthur layed on a bed staring absent mindedly at the ceiling with the back side of his palm placed on his temple.
'What was that?' Arthur thought as he couldn't help but remember his uncharastically outburst.
' I just blanked out' Arthur thought as he remembered the feeling of losing control of his body even though it was just for some seconds.
' It was isn't just when I release my Mana but I also felt myself losing control when I came inside the meeting hall and saw that all the devil's looked down on me...' Arthur thought.
'Don't tell me...!!!' Arthur gasped in realization as he jerked up.
'That feeling of being control could it be the original Arthur Pendragon!' Arthur thought, he did not believe that he reincarnated as Arthur with not only his appearance but also his skills( even though he still has some other skills) which can only mean that he took control of the original Arthur Pendragon.
" So he can seize control but only when our feelings are alligned" Arthur mummbled with a smile as he stared at the ceiling, he remembered the fact that as he was stared down at by thr devil's he almost lost control, but he gained his clearance as he didn't actually feel anything on being looked down upon unlike the original Arthur, but when Lucifer treated Arthur like a disposable trash, he and the original Arthur feelings where in sync at that momebt granting the original Arthur to take control of hin ecen though it was just for some minimal seconds.
" This....this is concerning" Arthur thought with a grim expression.
*Knock!* *Knock!*
Arthur's thought where interrupted by a knock at the door.
"Who's it?" Arthur asked.
"Um, sir Arthur.....I'm just a lowly maid I came here in request of Lady Grafiya" A female voice replied from behind thr door.
'Is it about my request..?' Arthur thought as he stood up and approach the door.
After the meeting with the devil's and his agreement of making his debut in thr upcoming war, Arthur requested Grafiya to teach hin flight magic in hope of being able to touch the fallen angels and angels but she replied with a " I will think about it" answer.
*Creak!*
The sound of the door being opened sounded as Arthur came face to face with the maid.
She had green hair, purple iris with a beautiful face. She also wore a typical maid clothe.
"Where can I meet her?" Arthur asked getting straight to the point.
"T-the Lucifuge garden!" The maid replied nervously, as she couldn't help but remember Grafiya warning to treat the human guest with utmost respect something that she wouldn't have done if it weren't for Grafiya warning.
"Hm, you're dismissed!" Arthur said as he waved her away before closing the door abd looking at his armour with a wary smile.
"I can't believe I can't remove it" Arthur muttered grimly remembering when he tried removing it only to figure out that it stick to his body like glue.
"Well I shouldn't waste her time" Arthur said as he walked towards the door as meeting the busty devil named Grafiya clouded his mind.

Chapter 12: Suspiscion

-Underworld, Lucifuge Castle.
Stepping into the garden Arthur was immediately met with a suprising scene , two female devils stood in the garden clearly waiting for him.
'Velena....' Arthur thought as he raised an eyebrow in mild suprise.
He wasn't that suprised after all Velena was his supposed guardian, one who work directly for the devil's and giving information about Arthur, but he was suprised as she never came to the castle this early at most she only came when it was eleven pm but it is seven pm.
"Gremory-san what are you doing here?" Arthur asked as he stared at her.
She currently wore a mild blue T-shirt with a blood red jean, she currently tied her red hair in a ponytail.
"Oh, Arthur-san didn't I tell you to call me Velena didn't I?" Velena said with a smile.
'This....she's clearly trying her best to use me...' Arthur thought as his eyebrow twitched, he remembered when he asked Grafiya about Velena uncharasterically behaviour.

*Flashback*
-Underworld, Lucifuge castle.
Arthur and Grafiya currently walked through the hallway of the Lucifugr castle.
"Grafiya..um if you don't mind can I ask you a question?" Arthur asked as she stared at Arthur.
"..."
Grafiya just raised an eyebrow in confusion and uncertainty.
"Y-you can think of it being part of the contract" Arthur said.
"Um...you can ask"
"Well...do you know the reason Velena's acting chummy and freindly with me?"

'H-he knows!' Grafiya thought as she discreetly looked at Arthur with shock she hadn't expected him to see through Velena acts.
"H-how do you know?" Grafiya asked.
"Well our first ecounter wasn't pleasant after all she looked at me with disdain but after the meeting with the Lucifer her behaviour towards me has drastically increase" Arthur said.
"....Well you should know that Velena is your guardian in the Underworld...."
"But that doesn't mean she is obliged to throw herself at me isn't it...even though I had my clue like the Bael clan head forcing her I found out that it is basically impossoble after all he's among the one's who hate me the most and throwing his daughter at me can be embrassing....." Arthur said as he interrupted Grafiya.
"This..."
"If you don't feel like telling me don't forget the rules in the contract" Arthur said.
"Ha, she's using you to break free from her shackles..." Grafiya said with a sigh.
"Shackles...?" Arthur asked as he tilt his head.
"Um, Shackles of control..." Grafiya said as she looked at Arthur.
*Flashback end*

'Even though she is the strongest devil apart from Levaithin and Lilith she is the one who is the most restricted and controlled..' Arthur thought as he remembered the words of Grafiya.
"Arthur-kun..?" Velan called out as she noticed Arthur zoned out state.
"Hm..." Arthur answered.
"Are you okay you seemed ...lost?" Velena asked.
"Hm, I am okay I was just thinking about the reason why you would come here this early" Arthur said with a smile.
"Oh, I heard Grafiya-san is about to teach you magic so I was curios to know what it is" Velena said.
"Oh, it's nothing much I want to learn Flying magic" Arthur said with a noncchalant tone.
"....."
