The man pulled his wife closer and kissed her head as he explained
Don't worry let's just sit here Nathan is smart he will be back ,not long after the child left ,the sky began changing rapidly ,the blue sky was suddenly dark ,heavy thunderstorm accompanied by lightning began taking over the whole place, the power cut down and everywhere was now dark .this thing happened really fast ,the parents were not even to get to the children as it was now darknabd blury , people were running to every direction trying to find a place to hide .parents and childrens were running hetter sketer trying to find each other ,At this moment nathan who had lost sight of his parents too was trying to find them .mommy ,daddy, mommy where are you,he was screaming and callin when a girl ran to him and hugged himwith tears all over her face ,in a crying voice she said mummy ,lets fine mummy ,i want mummy,am so scard ,its all dark ahhhhh she was crying so loud
Nathan who was equally scared just wrapped his arms around the small girl comforting her . don't cry ok ,we are going to find your mommy ,am looking for my daddy and mommy too lets go there they are waiting for me ,

Daddy and mommy are there he said as he grabbed the girl's hand and pulled her towards the direction where he left his parents.with their hands locked together firmly the two kids struggle with so much difficulties before they could get to the place where he had left his parents
Dad , mommy,mommy am here come take me , lets go home its all dark Nathan screamed and screamed but no body came ,the scared little girl next to him stretch her arm and cleaned his face ,hey don't cry ,we will find them ,lets go over there ,she pointed at the direction where everyone was running to
No I want mom ,I won't leave .daddy will come said nathan with his tears stained face .
No we should hide it's about to rain .....
The sky seems to have broken open at that moment and the rain began pouring heavily with ice stones falling from the sky , the little girl thought of running but she didn't want to leave thre boy so she kept on trying to convince nathan to leave but he won't listen ,he wanted to wait there till his bparents come for him but unfortunately for him an ice stone came from above and hit his foot causing him to fall back ,the little girl was so frightened that she screamed loud while trying to help him stand ,hey.....stand.....stand up ,we need to hide she said whilr struggling to help him up.fortunately for them at that crucial moment the rescue team arrived and they were taken away from the raid and send to a big hall which was now heavily crowded,they were been giving blankets to warm them up first before a nurse came over and gave nathan some first aid treatment fir his foot .two cups of warmwarm milk was given to them to warm them up .siting down in the crowded hall,the two kids tried looking around to see if they could find their parents but they didn't see them , the little girl who was frightened started sobbing again,mummy ,I want my mummy ,i want to see mummy
Nathan stretched his hand and grabbed the girl's hand hey don't cry we are going to find you mommy and my mommy too,just dont cry ok .he said in a comforting voice
But ....am scared ,what if I don't see mommy ever again. I don't think that will happen as I believe we will nfind yhem but if it does happen ...
Then you will stay with me and my mommy and daddy ,you can become my little sister
Hey am not your little sister the girl said in a serious tune
Ohhh you sure ,what's your age hand name

Ohh that's nice ,I thought you could be my little sister but now you are older than me

Ok ,ok you are now my big sister so can you not cry please ,the little guy pleaded
The little girl nodded heavily as she cleaned her beautiful face with her hands .
That evening they slept next to each other hugging themselves tight like they were scared to get up and find each other missing.the following morning the rescue team distributed breakfast and they ate together, they had decided not to seperate from each other and also said incase they don't find their parents Nathan will take the girl back to his home since she just came here for vacation.
The disaster was been discussed on all television news stations,the girl's mom who had been taken by the rescue team was feeling restless through out ,its supposed to be a vacation she brought her baby here to have fun but now ,nathans mom has been crying thr entire time

It took 4 days for the storm calm and the parents and familie were contacted, Nathan parents were the first to get to the location,they hugged him with tears in their eyes as soon as they saw him .after confirming he is fine they noticed the little girl standing next to him, Nathan immidiately took the girl's hand
Mommy ,daddy this is my new big sister her name is Sylvie, Sylvie this is my mommy and my daddy,if your mommy doesn't come you will go to our house
Yes sweetie we will wait for your mommy but if she doesn't come we will take you home ok
No....no the little girl who had been fidgiting with her small fingers suddenly scream and just when she was about breaking down her mom appeared , she hugged her mom and they cried together,i thought I won't see you again mommy

Her mother's heart felt like it was sliced with a knife multiple times,she surpress her pain .she cupped her daughter's face and said
I will never leave you my baby ....they cried and comforted each other till their satisfaction .when they were done the little girl introduced Nathan to her mommy as her new small brother , Nathan asked his dad to take a picture of the both of them so he will always remember her and his father did . Nathan parents seeing that their son liked his friend so much tried to invite Sylvie and her mom to spend some time in their house but Sylvie mom who was still terrified by what she had witnessed politely turned down the invitation as she couldn't stay 2 hours longer in the united states . She booked the next available flight to the Netherlands and left directly for the airport as soon as separated . since that day ,the two kids never saw or heard from each other again but nathan never forgot about his big sister .every night before going to bed he will take out his diary and pen down everything that has during the day ,he write it with the intensions to tell that big sister everything the day they will meet again .As he grows up he still had that image in his mind,no other girl ever caught his interest ,the only person he wish to see was that big sister . getting to highschool he decided to try finding her ,giving his dad the little information she had told him that day which he never forgot .his dad was shock learning that after many years he still remembers tgat girl ,he agreed to help him but his search for few months ended uo fruiless

Nathan refused to take his dad's advice and after graduating from high school he searched for a good investigator and gave him the task and the little information he knew about her .two months had passed since he assigned the investigator and he hadn't gotten anything response from him ,he kept on writing everything he did in his diary
He was now on a vacation in Paris when he received a phone call from the investigator,his heart bit realized fast as he picked the call ,after greeting the investigator informed he had found someone who matches the information .the information was send to him with some pictures ,his heart which was already beating so fast when he recived the news almost jumped out of his chest as he scrolled through her pictures ,she has grown so well and she is more beautiful than in the picture he has had with him all through out ,he stared at her pictures till his eyes hurt ,the feelings that he had first felt when he was 13 became stringer ,it was crystal clear to him that he had fallen for her .he immediately used some of her pictures as lock screen and screen saver for his phone ,tablet and computer as he likes to be seeing her all the time and everywhere .that night he sleep peacefully knowing he had found her ,the next step now is to go to her he thought.the following morning he assigned someone to tail her and report to him dialy ,the girl incharge met up with the task as she reported everything detaily . Nathan who was getting into his first year in the university suddenly thought what if i go there ,i will be able to approach her ...that's how he applied for admission and thanks to his good grades he was adminted into the school.He arrived the campus two days earlier just so he could see her .when he finally saw her physically again for the first time after so many years,his heart almost stopped beating,he was love strock ,he followed her discreetly around the campus like a puppy,hr knows stalking is bad but he cant help it .he was beginning to enjoy the first day when a guy suddenly appeared in the picture ,he thought that was all then another guy who seems younger appeared and he noticed she started getting too close to the younger guy as she touched and played with him frequentlybshe even gives him her cellphone ,he was begginig to feel jealous of this guy ,he tried investigating the guy on campus by himself and he found out the guy is from his class thus he thought i will deal with him .on the first day of school he intentionally picked the sit next to the guy cause as the saying goes keep your friends close and your enemies closer ,he though if he stays close next to the guy it will be easier to break the apart or he could pass through him to get to her since they are really close , that week passed and he did nothing as he was still observing them,the following week he was shock to see Sylvie defend the guy so bravely against the bullies and he was so impressed as the images of her which he had stored in his mind were the memories many years ago where she cried for her mummy ,she looked so fragile back then when she promised to be his big sister but seeing her now she is all grown brave and beautiful,he kept observing her and she and azael are really close ,the other evening when he say them come back from town he felt really jealous of azael as he is able to spend time with her.
