Sebastian blinked in surprise, the unexpected demand catching him off guard. He glanced at Maya, whose face was now lit with a smug, challenging grin. Her eyes dared him to refuse, to give her another reason to humiliate him.
"Cut my hair?" he asked, his voice even. "And go bald?"
Maya nodded slowly, her grin widening. "Yes, you heard me right. I find your hair quite... distracting."
Sebastian took a moment to consider her words. His hair, thick and unruly, had always been a source of pride for him. It was a small rebellion against the tough life he led, a reminder that he still had a semblance of control over his own appearance, if nothing else.
But what choice did he have now?
Swallowing his pride, he straightened his back and looked Maya directly in the eyes.
"Fine," he said quietly. "I'll cut my hair. I'll go bald if that's what you want."
