Adeline couldn't sleep, she was lying down on the left side of the bed with her body facing the other side of the wall. Dylan had agreed to give her a whole week to think about his offer. Anyone would consider this to be him being considerate but Adeline knew damn sure that the man wasn't.
Adeline didn't know what she was thinking, anyone in her shoes would take up Dylan's offer without a second thought. She couldn't deny the fact that Dylan's offer was tempting, the man had offered to pay for her treatment, everything, he was willing to pay for everything, all she had to do was be his wife. He did say he won't touch her unless she wanted him to, even though Adeline wasn't sure he would keep to his word.
She had tried saying no and that only enraged the man, she could tell that she was in trouble, she had gotten tangled with this man and now she was going to have to face him.
